I ordered products on June 16th

I ordered products on June 16th. It’s apparently still in delivery and no one is replying. How can you get a product from Netherlands to Portugal and it goes via the UK? And no one is replying. I’ve asked for a refund and waiting. You can’t order a product every 30 days and it’s not even here yet after 14. Yet they email asking how their service is and still not reply to my complaint.
