Cheaper than other places & delivered quick

I purchased a number of branded luxury shampoos from Flawless Body. I received it 2 weeks late, the oil received was used the seal was broken and the bottle was half full with the box all creased, one of the shampoos was leaking and none of the branded expensive shampoos came in boxes. I contacted Flawless Body via email and followed this up by a number of emails with photos of the damaged items. There is a email address in the site with no return policy stating they respond within 6 hours, but nobody does, I rang the number from the website, it goes a to a salon, I left several messages with individual who answers, stating she will get someone to call back and nobody does, I have spent over £200 and you would have expected the service to be a little better. I’m questioning whether any of if the reviews are by verified shoppers and also whether they actually sell the genuine products. As I can’t get a response, I’m having to raise a charge back with my bank. I would not recommend anyone to shop here, if anything goes wrong there is no resolution or return policy.

I see that Flawless Body have reported this stating different use of emails.
Products were purchased with my hotmail account and the review was completed with my Gmail account which is linked to the trust pilot account. As you can see from the response there is no attempt to resolve the issue but concerned about the bad review and how to get this removed.

Its a good company with a nice range of Skinceuticals products especially.
Have been a customer for a few years now.
Trying the new PTIOX CREAM , Its early days but so far seems a really good product.

It’s a shame that Flawlessbody are pretending it’s not them, I am unable to upload the receipt here to confirm the purchase however the order number is FB285308 just shows how poor the service is.
