Very nice process. Automatic parts helps you to get an idea of what the position requires. The great thing is that FlatWorld directs you to the best position you can fit in.
The process go as fast as you want - in my case:
programming quiz (10min) > video interview (10min) > programming test (120min) > FlatWorld interview (30min) > client technical test (up to you - spent 8h) > technical interview (50min) > proposal.

I applied for multiple roles using Flatworld in the last year. I feel that the tests on Codesignal do not measure the right things.

The tests had multiple choice questions with ambiguous answers or were very specific to products that not everyone would use. For example, Docker Compose and Swarm are just one way to run containers, but an experienced DevOps engineer may be much more familiar with Kubernetes or AWS ECS.

The tests for ReactJS did not include the React libraries. They block candidates who may not have developed React in a browser based IDE and are accustomed to using npm or yarn to install the libraries.

Despite those flaws, the test results from Codesignals are final, and Flatworld doesn't allow you to apply for anything similar for 6 months.

The nice thing about Flatworld is that the effort required to start applying is low and at your own pace.

My Experience with Flatworld has been extremely good.
