I really liked the way the process was built in Flatworld, most part is automated and actually tests important skills required in interviews. The feedback is very fast and transparent and by the end of it there is a good chat about the company they are going to pair you with.

There are only 2 things that I thing could be improved: the company paired took a long time to get in contact with me and I think Flatworld could've followed up sooner; it was not clear to me that they would offer help for negotiation (it still isn't, but seemed like they could provide some support).

However, once they reached out to me during the process with the other company, they were very supportive and responded quickly, everything went well and I really like my new job. :)
