Excellent service completed by Dr Flatpack. From the initial call to receiving there service. Kyle attended very polite well mannered and respectful in our home. He worked solid for 5 hrs and completed the work in a professional manner.. These guys a very recommended and trustworthy.. Oh and Kyle I apologise if I done your nut in trying to feed and water uou 🤣🤣. Thanks again lads.

Edgar arrived on time we examined the job together
A 3 door European sideboard with foreign hinges, where the centre door had dropped.
After a brief chat he just got on with it, and worked his way round it and expertly finished a perfect job. Really pleased and would definitely recommend him

I have used Edgaras twice, once to fit bookshelves and recently to fit our new front door. He did a great job both times and I’m very pleased with the end result. He turns up when he says he will, works carefully and everything looks great. Recommended!

Edgaras was extremely helpful and fast replacing a door for my mum's flat after emergency services had to break it. He came over right away, and got a door with the right look and parts I wanted quickly. He charged a fair price, and was a pleasure to deal with.

Edgaras come and did half job, he did not complete the job, unfortunately I paid him in full, he did not put any sealant around the bathroom or kitchen, he did not clip or glue the two bath panels together, he left the old sealant in the kitchen worktop, and did not bother scraping it off, I did it myself he also left 6 small holes on the side of my kitchen panel, which was brand new. When I requested to come back to finish the job, he said he wanted more money to come back and I said no, he also said I did not ask him to purchase any sealant, when he should of offered, as he had plenty of time.

He finally agreed to come on Monday 5th Dec, but he requested,x2 sealants as apparently he needs two for what reason I do not know why, as the sealant is only required for a small area, which I mentioned why is x2 sealants required, it is only required in a small area, not a whole house, his response was I do not understand and I was being rude, I texted him later to confirm when the work was completed, he said he didn't come as I was being disrespectful and rude, and he was doing it free of charge, which was not the case as the job was not completed, and I then said I he did not complete the job and i would put a review on goggle and straight away he agreed to come but still insisted he requires x2 sealants, for what reason I have no idea on top of that he requires adhesive and nails to clip/glue the two bath panels together, and he was going to charge me a further £10 to use the adhesive and nails, but I found some in my shed. He meant back on Tuesday 13th Dec, all he keeps asking fir sealant, paper towels and materials, when this should of been included in his cost, so i told him to forget about it It's safe to say I will not be using him again, I spoke to the handyman who recommended him, and he was disgusted with his behavior, and he was also confused why he requires x2 sealants for such a small area, in fact when I spoke to everyone about this everyone was confused about this. On the plus side, his carpentery is ok. He only requires sealant for the bottom of the bath panel, sides of the bath panel, and the back and side of the shelving unit behind the toilet and side of the kitchen panel.

On his website, he has put a promise:-

I far as I'm concerned I did not receive this.

It looks like Edgaras just comes with his tools and no spare materials on his van. He also used my vaccuum cleaner, which he should of bought his own, and not used a domestic vacuum cleaner.

My response to Edgaras.

1. I did not blackmail you at all.
2. You came to round my house and we discussed the job and you saw what the job involved, in would of not matter if I was home or not.
3. The painting had nothing to do with the job completed.
4. You told me at 10.30 that the sealant was dry, you could of offered to buy some, there was a hardware shop 10mins down the road, you had plenty of time to buy some, you finished at 3.30. You live in Barnet so you would know where there are hsrdware stores. You still have not explained why you need to full sealants for a small area.
5. As an experienced handyman/carpenter you would know to put sealant around the bathroom, I should not of told you about this.
5. We did not discuss any materials, I offered to buy the sealant, and I told you i was buying the panels.
6. You told me you are a experirnced carpenter, surely you would know to clip them two panels together or advised me?
7. Your promise on your website, you did not fulfil your promise.
8. Yes I did pay you, which was my error.
9. The doors have nothing to do with my dissatisfaction with the job you did.
10. I regret having you doing my panels. As I said to you on my text, I will not be using you again.
