The rug and customer service were amazing

The customer service is amazing. There was a very quick response time when a question was asked and they work with you to be sure you have the best rug for your home. The rug quality was absolutely beautiful and of top quality.

Needs rug pads

The company is new and expectedly the rugs need a bit of work. It would be helpful to include rug pads on the website or at least some sort of non slip option. There was a large selection of rugs which was nice!
