I had a great experience with Flashrug. The quality of the rug I purchased is unmatched, and it shipped quickly. Highly reccomend!

I placed an order for 3 small rugs in Dashstein and 1 longer custom size. The custom size was not the width I ordered. Warning do not order 1/2 sizes, they will narrow it down to the lesser whole number. They offered that I pay $30 for a new one to be made. I had no choice. So I did but also ordered an 8x10 in the Dashstein. Wow. The longer narrow one is a bit different in color and material than the others. What was worse is that the 8x10 was the same print but just like the spread a picture out so it was blurred-it also was pinkish and the material was horrible. These rugs were for my kitchen and DR so they needed to match. My husband came home and told me I needed to flip it over because I was looking at the wrong side (back) of it. Wrong. He said this is gross. I had a hard time returning when it was their mistake. I had to pay for S&H to send back and was not credited for the rug itself until 4mos later. And that was with me constantly writing to them. Advice: The gray in the rug for the others do have a purplish hue so if you are looking for a true gray this is not for you. Do not order for example 2.5 ft because they will cut it to 2ft. This should be in their ordering instructions. Too bad because I would have ordered for our bedrooms. So far I have washed 2 smaller rugs 2x3 and they wash fine.

I purchased a custom 2'x7' Ruiz rug to use as a runner in my kitchen. I was surprised that it arrived so quickly. It's absolutely beautiful, laid flat, and is grippy enough that I do not need a rug pad underneath to keep it in place. I'm so excited to have a quality washable rug in my kitchen!

I liked the look of the rug - right size, easy to clean. I loved it when I got it. I was concerned that it was folded in a box, but the folds came right out. It is very soft. It came much faster than I thought it would.
It probably is a bad idea to vacuum it with a heavy-duty vacuum as it might pull some of the top layer off. A regular vacuum is fine.

I am very happy with my purchase. These rugs are so soft and amazing quality. I purchased four in total and I haven’t had any issues with any of them. Highly recommended!

The rug I ordered is lower quality than expected and the color is off from what the website showed. The return policy is prohibitive given that the product ships from Turkey, and the buyer is responsible for shipping the item back, which can cost more than it is worth.

The rugs are beautiful and different from so many other websites. I am pleased with the transformation of the rooms I have put them in. I have not tried to wash them yet, but they are so light I believe my washer will be able to handle them easily. A great alternative to Amazon.
However, you cannot return your products, so shop carefully - that is why I gave 4 stars rather than 5. Customer service responded within a day.

I purchased the Rennes Area Rug in a 4 foot round. It is absolutely beautiful and looks great in my kitchen sink area. The delivery came very quickly and even came with a personalized note. The customer service has been fantastic and I will definitely be purchasing more rugs in the future.

I recently got the Washington washable rug in the 6x9 size. It fits perfect in my home for the size and for the look. It looks beautifully vintage but the best part is that it's washable. It even washes well by spot treatment. I have to say that I've already had to try it out and it cleaned up beautifully. You can't even tell there was anything there. I would love to have a flash rug in every room of my home.

Could not be more pleased with this rug. It’s perfect! Paid the slight more for a custom size. Needed it in our church nursery. It’s high quality, VERY nicely padded, yet lays out flat. Bright and beautiful colors. It came with a personalized card. Very nice touch. Will definitely order again.

The EIN (61-2212175) listed on their website is non-existent per the IRS website. The phone number (862-238-9256) has an AI answer and then they play "I Can't Feel My Face" by The Weeknd on repeat for at least 30min.

I absolutely loved my order from this company!! It was shipped super fast, and both of my rugs came in perfect condition. They are machine washable, yet still such a high quality! I was really pleasantly surprised. Super soft and patterns are beautiful. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Though we hit a few hiccups through the way, these people are so kind, patient and honest. We received a rug that came in the incorrect size and they quickly rectified the problem. We received a full credit and were able to keep the incorrect rug as well as the replacement. Laura is a rock star and so is the company!

We chose the Athos area rug in a 6’X9’ & a custom length runner rug, 2’X8’. Their rugs are machine washable & have a non slip base, so they stay in place! We are absolutely thrilled with how the rugs turned out in our home.
