AVOID... The 2 part contract , rolled into a single agreement , has your services and payments on one part and the MACHINE ( 5 YEAR LOCKED IN ) added in. Even though I have a letter stating I can cancel the contract at any time, which I did, I am still on the hook for 5 years with the Machine ( which was returned ) and no way out.
FLA$HPAY reviewed the letter of cancellation the sales rep supplied and told me to contact them instead of FLA$HPAY..
DECEPTIVE AND SELF RIGHTEOUS.

Don’t ever go with E Swipe
We feel like we’ve been led into a scam. Sales person was very pushy and convinced us to go with Elavon Eswipe and therefor getting the latest technology in regards to the machines. We would also get better rates on credit card charges. At first we were hesitant but decided to give it a try after the salesman reassured us we could just take one machine for a month to try it out. We figured we wouldn’t loose anything by doing this and signed the necessary paperwork.
We were however not happy at all with the machine because we could not connect with it most of the time. We were able to get a new machine but had the same problem. They could not do anything else regarding the machines so we said it wasn’t going to work for us. Now we wanted to cancel our account but now we discovered that we are stuck to a 48 month lease and cannot cancel this!! We are very disappointed with this approach and wish that there was better customer service at E Swipe. This trial is going to cost us at least $1800 now without getting any services. Can’t believe a company can still be around treating small business owners like this!!
Gime me customer care numbers
Super rude on the phone
Received a call from 'Shawn' at Flashpay. Super rude on the phone. Literally just hung up on me. Not a professional business at all.
Do not trust this company, they lie.
I had a horrible experience with this company. They had told me that I can cancel at anytime, if I wasn't happy with the service. I was not happy with the service and all the additional fees that I hadn't been told about. I was dealing with 3 different representative and still had no answers. I had left the 1 representative multiply emails and never heard back from him, this is the rep that had told me that I can cancel at anytime, not true. I'm locked into a 60 month contract or I have to pay a cancellation fee. I was told in the begging that I can try this system out for 45 days and if I didn't like the system or service that I can return it with no additional fees. No one returned my calls and it went over the 45 days and now I'm locked in.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE LIERS.
Huge unexplained fees for a system that doesnt work
Was talked into signing up for Flash Pay to save time and money and the sales person was very kind and friendly about making sure we got the right system and sim card to work for our area. We were told that we could get a Telus SIM card for our machine however a generic SIM was shipped with our package that did not work for our area. We were told that we were signed up just on a trail basis to see if the system would work for us. They company sent out another SIM card for Bell Mobility which still did not have enough signal to take payments at our food truck. To now compound the issue, I just got a lease for the terminal trough what looks like a third party (hopefully I can get out of it) and a huge fee of over $300 came out of my account and we have only been able to take no more than $200 in payments from the machine last month.
I am extremently upset about this and would not recommend this system for people with mobile food services outside of large city areas
Eswipe.ca has been excellent
Eswipe.ca has been excellent. They have been super patient with my millions of questions, and when I was charged in error, they refunded me double! Great work guys!

Waste of my valuable time
Was made promises that were not kept. Told everything would be the same as my previous set up. Not at all, attempted to reach tech support. On hold for 45+ mins and then disconnected several times. Machine will be returned and back to my old service.
Very good once you get set up
Sales people are a little incompetent with the details of the requirements. The technical people are very good and make up for the rough start.

I've dealt with quite a few of these companies and so far this is the most economical for businesses as long as all they've promised comes through!
Base unit failed after 2 days
Base unit failed after 2 days. Had to switch back to Moneris. Luckily I hadn’t cancelled my account yet.
Nothing but trouble stay away.
I was contacted in November 2017. Told I had a 30 day trial that I could cancel at anytime. I made it clear that I didn’t want to be in any terminal lease contract, only to receive a 60 month contract in December after I had canceled my account with them due to a problem with processing the transactions I had made the first 2 days using it snd never receiving the funds.
I was told in April that the terminal has been cancelled snd a buy back had been arranged. First Data Global lease has never received this paperwork and still expects me to pay for the terminal I sent back on Dec 10, 2017. Have been sending emails and calling multiple times a day, but can’t speak with anyone for the past 3 weeks.
Total nightmare since November last year.
Stay clear if they ate still open for business.

The customer service staff over the phone are terrible, I explained my case and they told me they could not do anything.
I made my 1st transaction and toke them 10 day to deposit that money in our bank account.
For my second transaction they discounted 12% from the sale price, why? I don't have an answer from them yet.
So far terrible service
