Richtiger Betrug!

Richtiger Betrug!
Haben waren im Sortiment die garnicht geliefert werden können.
Haben meine Bestellung für ein xz2Premium Display in Chrom es silber aufgenommen. Nach 12 Tagen dann die Info das sich die Lieferung verzögern würde um einen noch länger hin zu halten!
Deutsche Domain aber kein deutscher Support!
Ist das nicht illegal?
Da arbeiten Slowaken mit Übersetzungsprogramm und verstehen kein Wort richtig.
Einfache Fragen könnten nicht beantwortet werden und wenn man fragt ob ein Teil geliefert werden kann auch wenn es nicht auf Lager ist und länger dauert, bekommt man diese Antwort:

aber ich habe Sie gerade gewarnt, dass wir es nicht auf Lager haben, aber Sie können es natürlich bestellen.

Lol......
Einfach sinnlose Konversation!
2 Wochen umsonst gewartet.
Hab mich jetzt solange gequält und muss jetzt nochmal auf einer korrekten Seite neu bestellen :(
Danke für diese Zeitverschwendung.....

und bitte schreibt hier nicht die Standart Floskeln drunter wie bei den anderen ich soll mich melden damit ihr meinen Fall genauer betrachten könnt!
Ich habe 4 Mal nach einem Vorgesetzten oder einer moglichkeit mich zu beschweren gefragt!
Würde einfach ignoriert!
