I made an order 20 days ago and since then have contacted fixpart.co.uk several times regarding this order without receiving a reply. As the item has not been shipped, I've requested a refund and have got no response. Just automated messages. There is no one looking at my case or responding.

It was very easy to find the part I needed. The freezer seal fits perfectly and took me a couple of minutes to replace. It was very well packaged and arrived quickly. Would definitely order again.

The company have sent half my order that I placed before Christmas, they will not reply to any of my messages and they keep sending me reviews to complete. So here you are, it is a terrible company with terrible customer service and in hindsight I should've placed an order with another company that would be more proactive. No more orders from me I'm afraid.
About as bad an experience as can be
Making a complaint as I have no other way of this company answering my messages!!
I was happy to find a supplier for a dishwasher basket, so ordered and then forgot about it. Nothing came, so I thought maybe I hadn't ordered after all, and eventually bought a new cheap dishwasher. **8 weeks later** I got an email of dispatch saying it was on its way. I emailed back asap to say it was much, much too late (let's not forget the website says "Fast delivery") everywhere, and I wanted to confirm that I would immediately return it and have the return postage (£11) paid for.
Eventually (around a week) later I got a response saying yes that would be fine, so I paid for postage and returned the box.
NOTE - you canNOT call this company. No phone number provided.
I returned it, and I made sure to pay for tracking, and it was received 17th December. By the 22nd I hadn't had a refund so I checked in, and they told me the returns would be processed "next week".
After the Christmas hiatus, I checked again - no refund. I emailed again. And again. The only response I've had so far is an automated response saying sorry they haven't replied to my message yet.
So, I would only recommend ordering from this company if
- you don't mind waiting so long for your item that you doubt that you ever ordered it
- you love sending emails to a customer service black hole that never replies
- you are happy with very loose interpretations of "fast delivery" and returns will be refunded "in a few days".

It took a while for the part to arrive, which in itself isn't a problem, but I did have to chase for an update. It would have been good to have been kept advised of what is going on.

Ordered a door seal for my washing machine with an advertised 1 working day delivery time. Checked on the order 5 days later as it hadn’t arrived and I’d had no update to see the expected dispatch date was 4th March, despite their website advertising a 2-4day delivery for the same item. Sent messages twice via their website to request a refund with no response. Ended up going through PayPal to get my money back. Would never use fixpart again, totally useless.
