Avoid using this company. They lack any kind of knowledge of basic customer service. Ordered a replacement set of Beats headphone cushions specifying the colour we wanted. Their paperwork showed the correct colour but they supplied the wrong colour. Three emails later they finally replied and told us to return the incorrectly supplied item which we had to do at our own expense using a tracked service. They finally sent the correct item but their error had a financial cost to us which any decent company would have offered to recompense. Their lack of meaningful apology says it all.
The product itself was fine once the correct colour was supplied.
My recommendation is avoid them until such times as they develop a knowledge of basic customer service.

I was delighted with the repair and service provided by Fixheadphones. My QC Bose headphones were in need of a new on/off switch. They were sitting sadly out of use on the bookshelf, until I came across this service. I was extremely impressed, communication was top notch and turn around very quick. Headphones are working like new again. Absolutely happy. Would highly recommend.

They do exactly what they say they will, easy process, sent on a Thursday and received the repaired and looking like new Bose headphones back within 7 days, they communicate well and I was always kept updated. A pleasant experience, good price exceptional customer service. I recommend them 100%!

Hi highly recommend Fixheadphones. They replaced the cord on my Beats. Excellent job, great communication.

I had the headband replaced on my Bose QC15 headphones as it was peeling badly. Speedy service and the repair was completed to a high standard. It was a perhaps a little expensive but I was willing to pay this as the headphones work perfectly and so was much cheaper than buying a new pair

Great service, fast turnaround. My Beats Studio pro look brand new after replacement of the inner arm.Also great communication, made me aware of another crack on the outer arm I had not seen and ask if I wanted the extra work taken care of, which save me the trouble to have to resend them in the future. Highly recommend.

Absolutely cracking service. Found these guys online after being told by a local shop there was no chance of fixing my beats solo three headphones. The Service from fix headphones was smooth, fast and perfect. Could not have asked for better. Turnaround time was quick, so I had them back in time for my holiday. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Such amazing service right from the enquiry right to the end. I wasn't sure which service I needed to get for the damage to my Beats Studio 3's - I sent an email and got a prompt response. When I ordered the repair, there was communication at every step of the process which I really appreciated. My Beats are back in shape, looking and working as great as when I got them. Sent off my Marshall Major IV headphones for repair as the cushion part of the on ear had started coming apart to reveal the foam inside the cushion. They’re back in perfect condition within a 3-4 day turnaround. I had the headphones lying around for months, even bought cheap Bluetooth ones whilst I procrastinated about how to repair the Marshalls. Fab service, wish I had done it sooner!
