Ordered a part.1 week later, emailed about order status, and they said they just cancelled my order? No reason, just cancelled it. Called and got a hold of no one. ZERO stars on customer support.

Awful customer service that doesn't answer questions. Bought 2 of the same screens a few months apart, both received broken. Would not give refund/replacement under any circumstances. Don't waste you... See more

Sent me broken product, won't exchange or refund.

I ordered a replacement screen from fixez with sticky tape. When I received the item there was no sticky tape. Called them they said they would send me sticky tape in the mail. Still have not received. Though I decided to test the screen to make sure it worked. I connected it to the phone but did not install the screen. Couldn't even if I wanted to I had no sticky tape. The screen would not respond and didn't show anything. I called them said the screen isn't working. They told me to send them of the screen and they would start a RMA. After they sent me directions on how to send it back and the RMA form. They require me to pay for the RMA. I mailed the item back and within a day if them receiving the item they email telling me I can't get a refund or exchange because the item is broken. Which they knew the item was broken since that's the reason I was sending it back. It was damaged upon receiving the product. I have looked at other reviews and even BBB they have done this to many other people. They blame the product being broken on the customer and not the fact it came to us broken. They will say it was broken in the shipping if the item being returned to them, or the customer broke the item and now just wants a refund.

Scam

Scam
I ordered new screens and back covers for Galaxy S9+ and Galaxy s10+ phones, and nothing was OEM. The back covers are cheap plastic replicas with none of the OEM markings. The screens they sell are noticeably 'off' from the OEM screens, they just don't look the same. I should have looked around more for replacements but was in a hurry. I attempted to return the covers, but they want me to pay postage, not worth it. Garbage company.

I returned a part that never worked from the get go when I received it. I sent the part back for an exchange following all of their return policy. Of course they claimed it was damaged and they couldn't do an exchange. So, when I asked to have the so called "broke" part returned to me seeing I paid over $400 for it, they said they threw it away. So it basically came down to them keeping the part and my money. I would really reconsider using this company.

Atrocious customer service

I was sent a defective LCD screen for an iPad, returned it for an exchange but was told that I returned a screen with "LCD damage". No refund, no exchange, and I'm still on the hook for here and back shipping. That was nearly $200 gone.

BUYERS - DON'T DO IT TO SAVE A BUCK...IT WILL COST MUCH MORE IN THE LONG RUN

BUYERS - DON'T DO IT TO SAVE A BUCK...IT WILL COST MUCH MORE IN THE LONG RUN - I bought a screen to replace the broken one on my iPhone 6S Plus.  I followed the directions perfectly for the install.  The last connection was the batter and then when I plugged in the battery and powered up the phone smoke started coming out at the connections of the new screen.  I quickly unplugged the battery and screen connections.  My rushing to try to avoid damage to my phone caused a small tear in the cable.  Called customer support...they approved the RMA to return. I notified them of the tear...even sent photos...they said to send it back. I paid to ship back, to find out the will not honor a refund.  My phone is not unrepairable due to the faulty screen frying other components on my phone, I lost my money on the purchase and paid to return it for nothing.  Go elsewhere.  Don't buy from Fixez.com.

Bought two USB dock/audio ports for my HTC M9 from FIXEZ. They shipped the wrong parts...expected me to ship them back at my cost before I could get a refund. Shipping costs were more expensive than the value of the parts. Fact is, FIXEZ took no responsibility for shipping me the wrong parts. From now on I deal with companies in China for parts...as I have done before...with 100 satisfaction. They guarantee they're shipments 100% and never at my cost. Shame on you, FIXEZ, I should not have to pay for your screwups.

Terrible company to deal with

Terrible company to deal with. I ordered a part and it never arrived. I contacted their customer service (this is a one man company) and the jerk claims he shipped it and that I assumed responsibility of shipping losses. Don't buy from them!
