Excellent service from start to finish. They took care of everything. The curtesy car was of a good standard, they explained what would happen and kept in touch throughout the process. The brought my fixed car to me. Finally they were good enough to call me to check I was happy. I can't recommend enough 😊

First time using Fix Auto Wrexham, they were excellent from start to finish, keeping me updated on progress of work. Staff were all very courteous and helpful. Can’t fault any aspect of the experience from the car being collected to it being returned.

This was an insurance claim against a driver who reversing into me. I contacted their insurance company that instructed Fix Auto. Repairs done, appear to be good, they come with a guarantee. Car was collected from me on the Wirral and returned fixed and valeted. The workshop manager called me at the start of the process to explain that as well as replacing panels they would check the structural integrity of the car. Regular contract via text. I dealt with the Wrexham branch.

The Wrexham staff are excellent, regular updating texts, on receipt of the car I needed a minor adjustment to the door, dealt with promptly and efficiently. The standard of work appears to be excellent and I would recommend them.

Staff very helpful but several texts sent by different people when I had already made contact as asked. Little confusing.

This company is awesome. I cannot recommend them enough, from the crew that collect and deliver your car to the receptionist. The work they carried out was very good and I cannot knock the work at all. Very good and highly recommend

It took some time, couple go backs for snags but in the end we got there and work they did looks great. Never ignored my call or email and willing to help till I was fully satisfied with the work.Like I said all this took some time but I had courtesy car for times of repairs so it wasnt to bad. Quality job and nice people to deal with. 4,5 stars from me. Thank you all

Ours was an insurance claim and the service was excellent. We were kept updated throughout the process and the staff could not have been more helpful. Yes, we had to wait a couple of months before our car went in for repair but it was driveable so not a problem. It took 2 weeks for a bumper to be replaced but we were provided with a perfectly adequate courtesy car. Our car was handed back in perfect condition. Would use this company again.

My car was returned and a substandard repair had been done. The vehicle was marked where faults were seen , and not all ,for them to receive remedial work. The vehicle was returned and some of the remedial work had not been conducted and the offer of fuel to cover the to and fro was not actually applied to the tank. The car is still not as it was before the accident and requires further works as suggested by the insurance engineers visit today. After being contacted by the engineer my ingetrity was called into question. All I want is my car repairing to the pre accident condition but this it would seem is to much to ask. I have been unlucky as the standard of workmanship and quality of service is said to be top notch.
No the repair is still substandard but I have no option but to accept the repair as no rectification will result in my car being at the same standard as pre accident. That has been stated by yourselves and the insurance assessor

My experience was fantastic, I forgot to let them know, I need a automatic curtesy car, they brought a manual, and they fix the problem in 1 hour I had automatic curtesy car, I was informed on everything, that they did to car, and at what stage the repair was in, even pick and dropping of the car, I did nothing, they took care of it all. very happy customer, Marie
