Kept me updated on a regular basis via txt. When I did speak with someone always very polite and informative. Job took a little longer than expected but that was a supply issue. On return of vehicle minor issue which they resolved in a very timely manner. Would definatly use again and would highly recommend

I can’t fault the staff who kept me informed over the 7 weeks my vehicle was in for repair. Always helpful snd they sent regular updates. However, like other reviewers, my vehicle was returned in an absolute state. A thin layer of fine dust everywhere. Smears all over the windscreen. I have dust all over my clothes. It looks like it came straight out of the repair shop and onto the delivery truck. I was told it would be clean and ready to drive. The last text I received said it was being “checked and cleaned’. No one has been near it to clean it. I look after my car and it did not arrive to you in this state, so why have you returned it to me in this condition? I have been promised a call back from the manager.

Good service when i phoned but lack of updates for an insurance repair job which seemed to take a long time.

My car was sent to Fix Auto Wrexham as part of an insurance claim. From start to finish I received excellent customer service. I was kept updated via phone and text about the progress of the repair. Staff were very friendly, professional and courteous. The quality of the repair is excellent and the car was collected from and returned to me at my convenience. 5 stars.

Great job on my crumpled door. Picked our car up, kept us informed all the way and dropped it off again. We had a courtesy car throughout from Enterprise and they were great too

Auto fix contacted myself informing me that they had been asked by my claims to assess my vehicle they then arranged pick up informing me of the company they use, when the car will be collect, that they had received the car, car being assessed for damage, and the outcome, so every step of the process with out me having to chase them. I would highly recommend this company, very good service 👍👏

Really great communication and updates throughout the repair process. Also a home delivery service upon job completion was also extremely welcome. The vehicle valet, finish and polish were excellent. Very impressed with Fix Auto UK Wrexham.

Staff kept me well informed with updates of work being carried out. Quality of work looks excellent as I cannot notice any difference from existing paint work.
