My best car ever, damaged! Will it ever look as good again?
A lovely couple backed into my car in a car park, I met two lovely ladies Dee & Lorna on reception and two great lads from the workshop. They took a look at the damage. The next thing I know is I’m getting back a cleaner, smarter and better looking Skoda Superb, what a team! Everything went seamlessly. I like to give a four star review but I couldn’t find any faults. Thank you for your seamless help @Fixauto!

Body work like new, comms could be better
The bodywork was repaired, and is now again like new. The car was returned in a very clean condition.
Room for improvement - communication wasn't always great - I had to phone regularly to check updates on my car as I didn't get that many email updates (at best one a week, sometimes nothing in a week) - one email I received was gave an incorrect update they later told me, so I was expecting it to be returned any day but it took another few weeks.
Staff, when i called, were always polite and helpful.
Estimate was intially 2 weeks for the work, but it took nearly 6 but, to be fair, there was more damage under the car that hadn't been evident from the photographs.

After a minor collision my vehicle was booked in at the garage to be repaired and the whole process was very easy from start to finish.
The vehicle was dropped off and a few days later the repair was finished. I collected the vehicle and was very pleased and satisfied with the outcome. The repair was finished to a very high standard and looked great.
The whole team were brilliant and would definitely recommend this garage., especially Dee and Lorna who helped me throughout the whole process.😁

The whole team were brilliant
The whole team were brilliant. My car was bumped into near their garage, I asked if they could take a look at it to check it was safe to drive. They helped straight away, they pulled the panels away from the tyre so I could continue using it. The insurance company then picked Auto Fix for the repair luckily. The repair looks great, looks like new. This is the second time a silly driver has bumped into my stationary / parked car, & the second time Auto Fix has repaired it, I hope it's the last. I would 100% recommend this garage!

Was a bit concerned car was going to W-S-M when we live east Bristol, but the guys who delivered and collected hire car and drove ours away were helpful and on time. The hire car was excellent. Repair looks good. Hope not to need the service again but happy to do so should we need repairs in future.
