Had my car for nearly 6 weeks I had to call to get any updates, car brought back to me with a sub standard repair. Now realise why insurance premiums are so high, the cost was outrageous. Would not recommend this garage

The vehicle was fully inspected before the handover and was brought back up to a commercially acceptable standards. the vehicle has age related wear and chips that is not warranted on the insurance Job. As it is an insurance claim we can only start the repairs once it gets authorised followed by which the parts were on backorder which we as body shop do not control. We got your claim for once a week update and within a span of 3 weeks you have been updated more than thrice.

Fix Auto were great from start to finish! I recently had to have repairs on my car due to an accident and they completed the work to a really high standard. They kept me updated and made sure I was aware when to collect my car. Also, they helped to keep my hired car at the showroom until I could come and leave my car and collect the rental. The Park Royal garage has my car
The Park Royal garage has my car. Had an accident 9 days ago, still waiting for my car to even be assessed. No courtesy car until the assessments done. Very rude and unhelpful staff, no updates whatsoever. Yet another example of what our Country's coming to. I would not recommend to anyone.
UPDATE: Ten days in, they finally got round to assessing my car. They have sent a quote to my insurance company for over £4000...for a bumper.
My car was written off, but back on the road in weeks. The only one who lost out? Me. I would advise anyone to avoid this company like the plague.
