Excellent customer service. Acceptable quotation given for work required. Vehicle booked in for repair at the earliest convenience. Realistic timescale given for carrying out repair. When collecting vehicle following repair, highly satisfied with the work that had been carried out. Vehicle looks as good as new and was presented with freshly cleaned exterior. Handover of vehicle was carried out personally by Sam who provided the original quotation. Final cost as per quotation. Fix Auto at Lichfield is highly recommended and I would definitely use them again.

they fixed all the body pannels very good, nice gaps and everithing, paint locks grate, you can't even tell it had any damage.good experience, definetly would use them again.

Fix Auto in Lichfield have truly outdone themselves. Their customer service has been second to none, and the quality of work completed on my Mercedes Vito was of an excellent standard.
I was in hospital at the time the repairs were needed, intitally for a prop shaft and MOT. I was so pleased with Fix Auto. l asked them to further complete a number of jobs that needed to be done. They had no issues with my requests. These included sealing leaky windows and roof, replacement of window buttons, reg plate replacement, full service, and more! Simon also created a way of stopping rain dripping in by the back doors! I want to thank Paul and Simon for all there help, time and thought put into fixing my vehicle. I also want to say thanks to Kelly for being so pleasant and professional at the front desk. The biggest thanks goes to a very professional and compassionate individual, Katie, the Parts Manager. She made what was a very stressful time (in hospital) much less so, by her excellent communication with me. She had such patience with my all my requests and really did make it a pleasant experience all around.

Fix Auto Lichfield are magicians all the damage to my car disappeared its like it never happened they are a preferred repairer through my insurance company. The customer service was excellent from delivery of the courtesy car to my door, commucation over the phone, to picking up my car at my request at the garage to enable me to look over my car, to add my car was cleaned inside and out top top top place cant recommend enough well done all!!

Everyone who I spoke to at Fix Auto was helpful and efficient. The repair needed took several weeks and I had to contact them a few times with queries, however it was always easy to get hold of someone who was able to respond to my calls with relevant information. There was a slight delay in completing the repairs due to a misunderstanding but the reason for the delay was explained to me and I received an apology instead of excuses, which I appreciated.
