Great service & a great job fixing the car damage

Completed job was a good finish but forgot to fill new screen washer with any screen wash. Also had my car for 16 days which seemed a long time. Good updates Tuesday and Thursdays but car was not touched for the first few days so seemed to take a long time. I was told on pick up it usually takes 10 days.

Great service - car collected and returned to my house by a very friendly driver.

Once your insurer appoints Fix Auto you are put into direct contact by phone with them. Car repaired and returned within 6 days.
You are given updates by phone every 2 days.
Collection/Return to house was done by trailer and very efficient.

Maim problem that minor damage to the wheel hub of the Courtesy car was charged at an outrageous rate with unnecessary work being done

Having been advised that my car would be delivered on a Monday I was advised late in the day it would not be until Wednesday, having alternate arrangements for Tuesday

When leaving my property with the courtesy car the driver hit my neighbour’s car which was parked in the road. He did not stop to see if he had caused any damage. I did check and none was incurred however he should have inspected for himself

After having a bump in my car Fix Auto arranged to collect my car and bring me a courtesy car. Everything was made very easy for me. They told me the car would take up to about 10 days but six days later they called to bring the car back all fixed and nice and shiny and completely fixed. Thankyou for making things easier for me at a time when I was quite stressed.

I was very pleased with the work done on my car. The bodywork looked like new and my car had been cleaned inside and out.

I was told every day for a week my car would be ready that day, and it wasn’t. I was the told it would be delivered the next day, to then get a call asking for £150 which I didn’t owe. I refused to pay it, so they refused to deliver my car. I then call my insurance company, who then called them telling them I didn’t owe anything. They refused to speak to me to organise collection saying they would call me. They didn’t call. I had to chase them, to then be told they couldn’t deliver it that day (even those it was before the time they had expected to deliver it by!) I had to wait another day. Appalling service. Wouldn’t use them again.

They repaired my car on time, kept me informed throughout the repair and handed over the car clean. Very proffesional and fast
