Repair was good took 2 weeks too long and the electric courtesy van wouldnt charge. Would never use again, receptionist was very helpful though.

On return we did manage to get the van fully charged, however this does not mean there is no fault, it could be intermittent so we will monitor going forward.

Good communication. Take away/bring back vehicles promptly. Updates from delivery drivers en route.
One downside - courtesy car MG3 below expected standards of other modern low cost hatchbacks. Consider review of courtesy car options

Great service
Great service. Was advised of what was needed and kept up to date with progress. I had to chase up the courtesy car a few times but it was eventually delivered and swapped with our car when work was complete.

You fix nothing
After getting my car and drive for some miles, the headlights, the lane tracing assistant and the pre collision system are malfunctioning. As a result, I need to spend extra money to fix all these in the car dealer.
I am sorry but I do not need to edit any comment as it is far beyond fair. The dealer said because the bodywork was not done properly so made the calibration did not go well. If you need evidence, I can show you.

I recently had a hit & run my car was damaged I rang my insurance and they gave me the nearest garage for repairs, fix auto Buckingham , I rang the garage they gave me an appt for a few weeks due to courtesy car etc…. Graham was very nice kept me informed of what was happening all the way , my car was collected and deliver to the house , I was given a very nice clean Skoda , nice car , when I got my car back it was all nice and clean washed , very professional at all times I would recommend this garage def , thank you oh and thanks to Dave for collecting my car and bringing it back to me .

Excellent service and communication
This car company had an excellent communication throughout my experience. They kept me updated via frequent texts and were very helpful over the phone if I had a query. Their online app made recording the damage easy and my car was replaced with a courtesy car which was immaculate. My car looks great after their repairs. Their aftercare was also great, supplying me with all the information I needed in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend.

The team were superb in keeping me informed, updated and I’m really pleased with Graham and the team’s work on my repair.
