Car repair
They came and picked up my car and took it away to be fixed I got an email everyday to keep me informed re repair and once it was fixed they delivered it back to my address first class service and the guy who picked up my car and returned it couldn’t have been nicer I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

No major issues. Quality control could be better.
Good communication. I will be using them if needed, hopefully I won't need their service from obvious reasons, but good to know where to go for stress free experience.

Positive experience
I had a very positive experience at Fix Auto Aberdeen . Donna at the front desk was great , very helpful & kept me informed as to when my car would be ready for collection . Thank you Donna . My car is looking back to normal after the repair , I’m really pleased with it . The curtesy car I was given was ideal as my husband can’t drive a manual anymore, so he was able to get out & about as usual . The only negative thing I have to say is that the parking at Fix Auto is quite tight for larger cars , apart from that I had no problems & I was happy with the whole experience of having my car repaired . Thank you .
