Car was in the garage from end of January until yesterday 7th October for a bumper/accident repair 👏🏻👍🏻 Audi haven’t helped the situation at all but the car was still unavailable for 8 months. Not sure how I can rate that as a good experience regardless of updates.

Everyone made the transition so easy and where very helpful and the job was done so quickly and would never know there had been damage it’s perfect

I have been kept informed regularly about the progress of the repairs to my car. Very efficient. Staff very friendly and very helpful. My car looks like new and delighted to have in back in a very good condition.

I booked my van in for relatively minor repair 6 weeks ahead. I left my van with Fix Auto for 2 weeks while I was on holiday. The van was not ready for collection after 2 weeks, so I lost one working day due to the delay. No excuses given, that's not good enough.

Top quality repairs to my vehicle. Everything was handled very efficiently and I was kept updated throughout the repairs. Very happy and would highly recommend to others.

BUT...
bonnet, not damaged in accident, had obviously been removed and stored upright and was badly scratched (12-14") scratches across its entire width to a depth of 12-14" from hinges. Must have had a large amount of sharp metal stored against it. Difficult to conceive how so much danage could have been done in a paint shop. 8" x 8" area on roof above repaired door also badly scratched. A number of other (3-4) smaller scratches and pitting.
On collection of car prior to repairs driver took large number of pictures, it would appear this is for show only.

The significant damage to the paint works indicates a complete lack of care by workshop and no quality control.

The drivers seat memory settings not functioning - can't recall this being damaged in the accident.
There was also red paint(?) spots on boot lid and one rear quarter panel, managed to remove.
My insurance company is telling me to give them a chance to rectify - repeat the same exercise and expect a different outcome, the definition of....

Having looked at the bonnet this morning in better light there is also a ring mark on it the size if an aerosol can - or a coffee cup?

From the first contact through to my car being repaired the repair garage were fantastic. They gave me updates and a decent courtesy car.

I'm completely satisfied with the work done on my car. For some reason, I didn't receive an explanation of why the car was driven more than 9 miles while it was being repaired.

My experience with Fix Auto Aberdeen was very disappointing. My insurer directed me to this garage after a minor accident, so I did not really have much choice about where the car was repaired.

From the beginning, the customer service was poor and I was made to feel as though they were doing me a favour rather than providing a professional repair service.

Unfortunately, the quality of the repair was also very poor. After receiving the car back, there were clear issues with the workmanship. Instead of taking proper responsibility and resolving the problem professionally, the garage appeared to distance themselves from it.

In the end, the repair had to be corrected elsewhere.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before allowing their insurer to send their vehicle here. A repair after an accident is stressful enough without having to deal with poor workmanship and then arrange further corrective work afterwards.

I took my car in as my engine was sounding a bit off. They took a look at it for me and fixed the issue (which was me losing the oil cap). Once of the staff even nipped to a scrap parts place to get a replacement that fit my engine.

Staff were friendly, I hope my stupidity has given them all a good chuckle. But great service.
