Took a little while for them to send me my code, but all in all a great company who provide a rare and valuable service

My video was not fixed yet they still charged me for it, they evidence was in their hands and they have not responded to my complaints Just to update my money was refunded so I gave them 5 stars for honesty even though my video file was not unrecoverable

they are not clear before you upload that u need to pay... so I wasted 1 hour to uploud the file...

After 6 repair utilities, Stellar Repair for Video, VLC, Digital Video Repair, reconverting the video, reencoding, FFMPEG, it wasn't looking too promising. Mind you, I have video editing and recording experience, and I was about to give up all hope. The video that went corrupt was a paid gig of all the things, and I needed it fast. The video was recorded in OBS using default MP4 things. Then I found this website and after researching, I had nothing else to lose.

However, after uploading the video to the website, it showed a 10s preview, and it didn't look broken for once compared to the other utilities! After paying $17 for the full video, it was legitimately the full video. Even though the audio was desynced, I could sync it back up easily and be on my merry way. But wait, you can contact the people and they can sync it up for you.

Legitimately a life-saving service if you're an influencer, professional client of some sorts, vlogger, etc.

It works! I was in a desperate situation - lost videos (full HD, mp4) of a client due to a computer crash. luckily i managed to recover them from the SD card via free software but i couldn't play them since they needed to be repaired. I tried few other options - unsuccessfully, before coming across Fix.Vid. At first I was a bit skeptical since it had only few review but their website allows you to upload a video and see a preview of a repaired video before buying the product. It was the best result i'v got so far. Long story short; I managed to recover all my videos in full quality (make sure you have a reference video from the same camera, that really makes a difference)
These people also have fast and friendly customer service.

You should not trust it.
Engineer support is included for a fee but never answer to inquiries.

Truly a great service our television station had a bad memory card from a camera which we had to recover files from.

These folks were able to fix the video formats for all of our files and get them back to us the next day it was easy to upload and download the files and the whole experience was very pleasant.

When I found fix.video, I was a bit suspicious at the beginning. I had already tried numerous programs before. Most programs had not brought a good solution. Including paid once. The preview function initially took away my skepticism. I could see how fast fix.video works and which quality the offer. It is really convincing. My videos were stored on an external hard drive. I had accidentally save deleted the videos by mistake. I had to expect that all videos are lost. I was glad that I could restore them. But they could not be played anymore. Then I found fix.video. After I downloaded the repaired files from fix.video, I could not play them again. The support helped me very fast by e-mail. The offered free tool helped to solve the last problems with my files. this is an easy to use recovery service for corrupted video files and for $9 good value for money

No video recovery software had been able to recover a corrupted .mov from 1h and 10min.

4) The recovered video still had some small sync problems and, after contacting them, they sent me the PERFECT video!

This service is truly exceptional. I tried multiple methods to repair damaged .mov files and Fix.Video was the only thing I tried that worked! Highly recommended!

I just shot an event and the camera shut off. The file that I was recording did not show up in the card, and that was devastating. Once home I did notice that the file was there but with no thumbnail. No program that I tried would recognize it. I googled for help and came across FIX.Video. We shot a wedding on a Sony A7III, shooting on two cards just incase something happed with one, we would have a backup...
Only to discover a corrupt file of the first dance. This file was corrupted on both cards, so it was corrupted at the camera level. We tried EVERYTHING, using VLC, and another video repair app, but nothing fixed the file. Finally, we tried Fix.Video... Simply uploaded the corrupt file, then within minutes had a preview of a perfect video! We downloaded the full file, which the Fix.Video team even went as far as transcoding for us, and the wedding is saved!!! Everything happened within minutes, with the support team responding right away.
