I Have pay 24$ for my corrupted video , but it cannot allow me to download it , i still appear I need to pay another time

I had mac photobooth movies that didn't finish saving correctly, producing some kind of corruption. Both the fix.video software and the upload service were able to repair the movies. The upload service charges per movie and the software service has a minimum purchase of 10 repair credits, so for 2 movies it was cheaper to use the upload service. I have downloaded and checked the repaired movies, and all is in order.

Excellent, helped me recover some corrupted dashcam footage. Cost me £6, after viewing a decent preview, and screenshots of it various points in the video. Worth it for the piece of mind.

I would advise against utilizing their services; they tend to charge for video repair and subsequently inform customers that the video cannot be fixed. Their service and customer support are simply unsatisfactory.

After contacting support directly, I received an email very shortly thereafter (at 9:00 p.m.) requesting that I contact them via the form in the uploaded file. Unfortunately, to this day, I have not received a response to:
- My request to contact them via the form in the uploaded file over six months ago
- My request to contact me via the form from the uploaded file over a week ago
- The email in which I was asked to contact them via the form in the uploaded file with a request for a response

I suspect that until I pay them, I will never receive a response, but in order to pay, I would first like to know if the files can be recovered in any way.

I had a corrupted GoPro MP4 file that I couldn’t fix with any free tool (FFmpeg, Untrunc, etc.), and other paid software was too expensive for something that only happens once in a while. Fix.video solved it in minutes, charged me exactly 9 USD at the current exchange rate, and delivered a working file instantly. For me it was fast, fair, and far more practical than buying costly licenses I’d barely use.

It's a scam. Don't use it.

This company was able to repair a corrupt video file that several others that were recommended were unable to do. The cost was only $6 to repair the one file.

They are scam!

I used their service and was scammed! They didn't repair my video but took my €20 payment.
I contacted them multiple times with no reply. Even spoke with my bank to ask the money back but because they use PayPal, my bank couldn't help me. I am now in the process of asking PayPal.
If anyone knows a more efficient way to get them to stop the scam, please let me know. I realize €20 isn't a life changing amount but the idea that they steal from people doesn't fit well with me.

I used this service after extensively searching for ways to recover footage and was very impressed.

My Sony FX3 camera lost power during a long recording and had created an RSV file which was unreadable by any editing software.

I purchased the 10 credit option on this site for $50 or so and after uploading my footage, it immediately repaired it. I now have spare credits to use just in case something like this happens again.

I was involved in a minor collision, and due to my dashcam powering off too soon before writing the finalizing data to the file, I was unable to play or even copy the video.
After some coaksing, I was able to copt the video file to the desktop computer and upload it to this website. I was hesitant, but the screenshots would have been proof enough alone.
I did pay $9, but I expect this will provide me with a zero liability insurance claim. Well worth it.

I see that other people below have had issues, and this is believable... Corrupted video files are incredibly hard to recover. I think I was just very lucky.

For me PERSONALLY this was well worth the investment.
However, there is always a risk that YOUR file is not recoverable.

After the repairing was done, the video looked exactly the same. But even after contacting them three times, I didn't receive any feedback and my money as well. Very disappointing!

Had a corrupted file from filming a Football tournament. Half the mp4 was unplayable, we think due to operator switching camera off before stopping the recording.

Cost $24 to fix a 5gb video and worked perfectly.

Few people complaining here about hidden costs but ultimately if it gets you out of a jam with a client the service is worth it.

Uploaded a broken 44.xGB file... Had to pay around 46.8$. So it seems approximately 1GB = 1$ ... however they dont state their prices on their website. Would be nice if they do. They only have prices for packages... which I hopefully dont need :D.
Anyway, the recovery did work fine. Sometimes there were gray artifects, but that is better than not having the video at all. The audio got skewed, which I could repair myself.
So all in all, if you really need the file recovered, this service works with some flaws

Just another scummy, scam website promoted by Google.

You upload your video, and then sit, twiddling your thumbs while it "scans" (probably just a time wasting animation to get you invested). Then it comes back saying it fixed your video, and then gives you a "download" button. You click it and after all of that, and absolutely no mention of money, it asks you for six bucks.

Six dollars certainly won't break the bank, and I would have paid it HAD THEY BEEN UP FRONT ABOUT IT.

I cannot stand businesses that lead you into thinking the service they are offering is free, and then on the way out the door they tap you on the shoulder with their hand out.

They probably have your video fixed and ready to go in seconds, but they make a big song and dance with a loading bar that keeps you on their page for like 10 minutes. They figure you'll shrug and cough up the money since you spent all that time.

It's not the amount I take issue with, its the underhanded way they go about it.

I can't fault their service / refund policy.

I had a broken dashcam video file that they attempted to repair. However, it did not capture the incident after I had paid my $6.

They refunded via Paypal within half an hour with no questions asked.

So give them a go, they might not be able to fix, but pay through Paypal and you have some comeback. I thought I'd post this as most of the positive reviews on this have only reviewed one company and I wanted people to see a genuine evaluation.

After a month or two or trying different ways to recover my files, fix.video managed to succeed where even paid IT professionals failed me!

They're scammers! I uploaded a 12 + minute from a series of clips that played perfectly on my iphone but I couldn't move it to my computer. I uploaded the clip into their system for repair. I later got a message that the video was repaired and they would send me a download link for $17. I paid and got the link. When I played the clip the audio was now way out of sync with the video in a strange way, meaning that it varied how far out of sync it was with the video so there was no way to repair it in my editing software. I emailed them 3 times to request further assistance but they would never respond to my emails and I couldn't find a phone number. I'm now disputing the charge with my bank.

Do not trust it, trying to save a penny. Did not recover my footage, while others did. No response from customer service. Would highly recommend to avoid.

I am ready to delete this review if I am proven wrong, so far I believe this site misrepresents itself. You upload your file which takes a long time but time isn't an issue when you want a file to be fixed.

Immediately they generate a low resolution file to entice you to buy credits, the credit cost more than advertised but I didn't care on the hope that they were the solution. As soon as you buy and download the completed file it downloads damaged and corrupted.

Now after losing a day of waiting and uploading, I am annoyed, frustrated and angry, I tried two different files, I download them in excess of 10 times and each file is corrupted, I have written to fix.video 8 times over the last few days, via their contact and their email address and got 1 confusing response to my very first email.

Now there will be a lot of vulnerable people looking at this site as the answer , this is no better than Vegas roulette, the house always wins , but unlike Las Vegas you won't enjoy the experience.

Just to save people money under no circumstances should you sign up to this site, I am now out of money, time and my files haven't been fixed.

I only took a chance because of the previous reviews on trustpilot and now I am left extremely disappointed. Again if you see this post and it hasn't been deleted that means even if they responded to this review they either didn't give me a refund (which is unlikely considering their terms and conditions) or they failed to offer me a service they promised and are trying to make it seem as if its a misunderstanding.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE, EVEN IF THE PREVIEW GIVES YOU HOPE.
