The order arrived as promised and the sneakers are great! The process of delivery was very convenient to navigate and simple to understand.
The only problem was that it took a month for the order to arrive. However, that's probably mostly on my country's customs.

Horrible store!
Their website and selection is pitiful! I got given the worst Christmas gift ever, a gift card to this horrible, horrible store! Website is awful to maneuver! I need a new pair of runing shoes and they hardly have any selection. They dont even have actual performance brands that are good quality like Hooka or Brooks. Just fashion brands like Nike and Addidas. Im going to use the gift card to buy something and then sell it so i can get some cash and buy good quality shoes from a good quality store!

It has been 21 days since I placed my order, and my order has not arrived. Understand and expect there are delays in shipment, etc., especially due to the pandemic situation. However, the help from HelpDesk has been minimum, at least what you can do is inquire where the order is, and revised ETA. Perhaps another solution that Fittest Freakest could consider is to work with other shipping partners.
I am happy to review my experience once I see how it is being resolved. I do like the variety of the item offered, but the shopping experience has been disappointing so far.
