Very pleasant experience ordering with fitshop, Chris in particular made things very easy and straightforward.
Will be ordering with them again.

Fitshop have been my ‘go to’ for my fitness equipment and they never fail to deliver an exceptional customer service.
I had an issue with the courier delivery for a spin bike and this was intervened by Fitshop to get the delivery expedited. I want to give a special mention to Chris Griffiths, store manager for assisting with the issue and helping getting this sorted out and my bike delivered quickly.

I am really pleased with my gym equipment (weight bench, squat stands and weight pack). Kane was a great help, the quality of the kit is excellent (German made), the price was competitive and I liked the fact that I can go into their store to ask questions and see the product.

Bought a new taurus smith rack..really happy with the quality and the top notch customer service at the local Edinburgh store. I highly recommend fitshop

After sales service from Alisha and Sophia was absolutely fantastic. Issues were resolved within a few phone calls. I bought from the Edinburgh store where Philip is an asset to the business.

Chris sorted me out a great deal. Was delivered on time and the instructions were easy enough to follow. Product is sturdy and for a cheaper range is pretty impressive. Made up from start to finish 👍

It's a very good store, especially the manager Chris, he's very professional in decision-making and a sales representative who is completely solution-oriented.

I purchased a treadmill from Fitshop Edinburgh. Luke and Chris were really helpful. They asked lots of questions around my treadmill usage to enable them to recommend the best machines to meet my requirements and be within my budget. They were really friendly and very knowledgable.

Chris Griffiths ensured everything went through smoothly and helped with the selection of the dumbell set.

I sent a 1 star review on 24th March 2026, which is completely accurate. Fitshop continually try to avoid answering or dealing with this review by claiming that I did not send the order numbers to them and consequently they can’t respond.
I have sent their order numbers twice, once via Trust pilot and once directly.
They are using as a diversion to avoid facing up to their incompetence.
Caveat emptor

Fantastic service from Fitshop. Chris worked hard to ensure my order qualified for express delivery and then kept in touch with updates when the delivery company were causing headaches. Chris seemed genuinely interested in making sure our delivery arrived on time and that we were happy with our Tunturi WT80. Thank you

I dealt mostly with Chris, the manager, who was most helpful. The rest of the staff were also helpful, mind. Chris gave excellent advice, right from the start, and was at pains to see that I got the product that best suited my needs. Also, his e-mail communication was particularly helpful, including links to show me various products. I can't praise this store highly enough - look no further than Edinburgh FITSHOP!

I had a great experience at the Fitshop in Edinburgh. It was so helpful to see the cycling machines already made up which I could try them and decide which suited my needs. Chris Griffith was the most knowledgeable member of staff I’ve encountered for a long time. He knew the products inside out and helped guide us to the one most suitable for me. The cycling machine I purchased was excellent quality and easy to put together. I would highly recommend this shop.

Great experiences are based on people, and how they make you feel when they interpret your needs into products that do what you need. We can honestly say the Fitshop team in Edinburgh, led by the indefatigable Chris Griffiths has delivered value. Not just in price, but in meeting our needs, dealing with recalcitrant couriers, and making big problems seem like afterthoughts.

Excellent customer service from Phil at the Edinburgh store, we got what we came for and there was a fantastic discount on at the time which was great timing. Would definitely use the store again. Our new ski-erg and Rower- erg are great additions to our gym and we will be back to buy more in the future. Thank you

I went into the Edinburgh shop to buy the NordicTrack 2450 and they couldn't have helped me more. The first time I went in, Phil answered all my questions and showed me around the machines. The second time, Chris helped me arrange the delivery and he too answered all my questions. I'm so glad I bought it from them. I use it every day!
