Have ordered classic style fit39 gloves for years. Tried cool style this time. They are way too small. You can't even close the Velcro more than half way across your hand. Paid to return them. Still waiting for replacements in the classic style

We had a look at the tracking page and it says your order arrived in the US on 29 May. It's now in the hands of your national postal service, who's responsible for the final leg of delivery to your address. You should be able to receive your parcel soon now that it's in the territories of the US.
Note airmail deliveries to the US are partially traceable as stated at checkout because their national postal service does not upload information for inbound international posts like other countries do. Therefore, we recommend choosing FedEx for a faster and more reliable delivery experience.

I still have not received my order
Mi I still have not received my order.
Have written to ask for refund but they told me it would arrive. It has now been 35 days and I still don’t have them. The shipping tracker still hasn’t moved. Not happy with the service at all
Below you recommend FedEx for delivery but that was never an option when I ordered the gloves. It was a Father’s Day special and they were to arrive within the week. There was no indication they were being shipped international. I picked the shipping that was offered on the webpage.

We're sorry that you have not received your order.
According to the tracking page, the parcel was exported on 2 April, but there's no update from the destination's post office.

For now we can issue you a refund, but you'll have to REFUSE acceptance of the parcel if it ever gets delivered so it can be returned to us. Would this be alright with you?
Additionally, we recommend choosing FedEx for a faster delivery next time as airmail deliveries in some countries are not as reliable as courier services.
Love your gloves
Love your gloves! Especially the Cool models. Work well on humidity or even rain keeping a good grip. In the heat they keep your hands cooler and less sweaty along with providing sun protection. Only problem is I can never get both a left and a right in the classic whites! You never have stock.
