We're sorry to hear that the gloves were unable to clear customs. This is quite unusual, as they are neither restricted items nor hazardous goods, and are typically eligible for import into most countries. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further clarification.
It was all good until they sent me wrong items… then left me without support.
These gloves are really good and I’ve been buying them from this company for several years now. Never had problems until they sent me wrong items this time.
There is essentially no customer support, they don’t even reply to emails regarding the return after the initial email only giving me their return address.
Their return/exchange process is not clear, they don’t communicate about this, and the returning wrong items to them with an international shipping service costs more than the price of the items. Their unhelpful attitude makes me doubt if I would ever get refunded for the return shipping and makes me also suspect they would send me the replacement items by mail without tracking, taking months to be delivered, as this shipping method costs much much less than international shipping service for them.
I have been always satisfied with their products and their prompt shipping but, this time I’m really disappointed with their error, their unhelpfulness, their lack of communication and willingness to help customers, and their return/exchange process not being clear.

Upon checking our shipping history, we can confirm all items were sent according to your order details. There were indeed 2x right hand gloves for the left handed on your order details, which we packed and shipped accordingly.

The size I orderd was probably one size…
The size I ordered was probably one size too small, so the main seams did not hold very long. This was the standard model. So maybe it would be worth considering to reinforce the main seams on the sides.

Careful: size
Measured correctly but have the impression the gloves are cut one size to small. Material looks ok but have gone back to buy zero friction gloves because one size makes it easier.

Have ordered classic style fit39 gloves for years. Tried cool style this time. They are way too small. You can't even close the Velcro more than half way across your hand. Paid to return them. Still waiting for replacements in the classic style
