The chat has HUMANS not bots, they are available fairly quickly, even when busy, and do help you solve problems with the platform or quieries. They might be online but I find them more ready to help than those in offices I could walk in in the past. You can also communicate via email with the individual who follows you. Their explainer-guides on how to do things like on the agenzia del entrate platform, are clear.
