This is the first time I have used First Self Drive and may I say it was an utterly pleasurable experience. The gentlemen were helpful polite friendly and understanding from the outset, their service excellent and the vehicle they provided was perfect for the epic move from East Anglia to the North East. Would recommend them without hesitation. The best I have come across by far. Many thanks to team First Drive. Great bunch.

I have used Frist Self Drive on a few occasions and will always be my first choice. The owners/ team are helpful, friendly and do their best to accommodate you. The cars I've had have always been immaculate. Fast deposit returns. Not one negative thing I can say. Will absolutely be back.

I was advised to contact First Self Drive by a friend who has been using their service for long time.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helped me pick out the most appropriate van for my situation with minimal fuss.
Before taking the vehicle, I was given a comprehensive overview of all the various controls to ensure I was comfortable. Despite my inexperience with larger vehicles, I felt I was well-prepared operate it thanks to the kind and patient explantion I was given.
The van itself was clean, modern and worked faultlessly for the duration of my rental.
All in all the process was quick, relaxed and well-explained. Most importantly, I felt taken care of.
This is comfortably the best vehicle hire experience I've had.

First Self Drive offers an exceptional service that goes above and beyond. I was happy with the vehicle, new and just what was needed, their pricing and communication was great. We honestly can not thank the first self drive team enough. We turned up at 8:30 on a Monday morning wanting to hire a car for a week for our holiday after our own car had broken down.
Within 30 minutes we were driving out in the Kia sportage, all the paper work done and instructions given. The car was lovely and big enough for all our baggage.
They offered honest up front pricing and the costs were very reasonable.
So thank you again and we would not hesitate to come back if we ever needed a car again

The team at First look after and clearly value their customers. We have hired a few different cars in June and July 2024 and the staff are friendly and helpful, listen to your individual needs and each car has been clean and fresh ready to go.
