Firstly I would like to thank self drive from the bottom of my heart. They generously let us hire the Dacia jogger at a HUGE discounted price for my trip to Disneyland. My daughter that is a manifesting carrier of DMD caused my mum to raise money for us to go to Disneyland (my daughters dream) before my daughter has further declines. Self drive in radstock not only made a contribution, they did it efficiently and respectfully. All fears of being a first time car hirer, the team put these fears to rest and made sure I was aware of how it works and even showed me a personal video on his phone of the roads in France. When returning the car the deposit was swiftly transferred back to me .
Thank-you again self drive I shall be a returning customer.

We hired A ford luton van on the Friday & a fiat auto van on the Monday to move homes. The service from my partners 1st phone call to Wayne to the handing back of the 2nd van was brilliant.Everything was explained well & everyone dealt with is in a friendly & professional manner. This company is absolutely brilliant they were extremely helpful from start to finish. We hired a car to drive to Corfu to collect a friend and his dogs, After several phone calls and a couple of visits we decided on a Kia ceed estate. The car was brilliant and the service we were given was brilliant highly recommend this company and would definately use them again should we need to .

Hired a car for a week to start of with. We called and asked if it was ok to add a few days extra and that was no problem. As an overseas traveller it was the perfect place to hire a car from. I rang them up a few times with different questions and they were very helpful. The car was perfect for us, good price and an automatic. If we return to the area we will definitely hire a car from First self drive again.

We always use First Self Drive when we come over from Nz to see family in Norfolk, amazing company that always provides first class customer service, nothing is too much trouble and we wouldn’t use anyone else as they are so attentive, great value for money and vehicles are top notch. I only gave less than one days' notice that I needed a car and when I arrived to collect it, I could not quite believe the high level of customer service, the speed of the transaction and the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff. I have hired cars all over the world and it takes me to come back to my home city of Norwich to be able say well done to those involved. A great experience. Thank you.

I needed a van for a fishing trip across France , this was the cheapest out there and the service was fast and polite . Will definitely use again .

My car broke down a week before I needed to go across the country for a work conference. Called First Self Drive and within 3 days I was driving a Kia Niro down the M25. Service was excellent, I'd never driven an automatic hybrid before but the guy was really nice and explained everything I'd need to know about the car. Dropping the car off was even easier, even though I was 5 minutes late. Cheap, reliable, and professional service. Couldn't ask for more. Bosh! 🤙

They were there in my hour of need. We were let down by our house movers, who messaged an hour before they were due to arrive. I got on to First Self Drives website and booked a Luton Van for the day. The process was easy and at just after 8am they called us and we went off, with our ID to collect the van. Process was speedy and the staff there couldn’t have done more for us.
The van was spotless inside, so we had no worries about our belongings getting any dirt on them. All in all, a brilliant company and I shall be making them my first port of call for my next hire.

The whole team at first self drive are so helpful and friendly they kept my cycle over night in their garage saved me taking it back home.The van was great and for marks and scratches they had it all on tablet and they pointed of marks which I struggled to see. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Competitively priced, van was great too but what blew me away was the customer experience. Such a friendly and helpful team, can’t do enough for you and sticks out like a sore thumb (for all the right reasons) in today’s customer comes second culture we have become accustomed to. Cannot recommend highly enough.
