Just utterly disgusting service.
Came to them in September for buying my new flat and thought THEY where
Solicitors. THERE NOT there just a middle man that’s it!
TRUST ME when I say just go direct to a solicitor and save the time and money they SCAM out of you!
I made the 1st payment and then had a second payment for £230 which I made but this 2nd payment was a admin error and I was told I’d get a full refund for it. After months of chasing the office and countless lies it went to Tom a top manager. Told more times I’d get the refund and never happened! After a week Tom just stopped taking all calls from me! Totally ghosted.
I then got given the CEO’s email Connor and emailed him and shock he replied and guess what? Yep I’ll get the refund it’s now December and I’ve had a couple of replies to emails but 90% of my emails are just ignored (what a shock) promises of refunds again still not got one.
But in the new year the financial ombudsman has agreed to look into this company so that’s a £600 fee from the ombudsman. At this point even if I don’t get a refund if they lose money that’s fine with me. I’ll also be reporting them to trading standards for knowingly misleading customers on who they are, what they are and what they do as there as close to a legal company as my milkman is!

AVOID THEM PLEASE!!!

Avoid. You will be passed on to a different company: Right Legal, who took ages to do anything. Better to get a personal recommendation even if you have to pay more.

This company is connected to Millennium Legal and First Choice Conveyancing. They took £230 deposit from me and told me it would be deducted from the final bill. It wasn't deducted. I have contacted Millenium and First Choice over and over again, no reply to emails but did initially get a reply on the on-line chat, was told they were looking into it and despite me chasing on numerous occasions they never got back to me and are now blatantly ignoring me. Absolutely disgraceful con artists.

I only agreed to pay a £200 deposit to engage the services of First Choice Conveyancing when they assured me that they were on the approved list for my mortgage provider. They passed my case on to PCS Legal who were not on the approved list and my bank said they could not work with them. First Choice are refusing to refund my deposit even though they could not provide me with the service that I paid for. Very dishonest, am really disappointed with this company

Always get compliments and it doesn't feel or look cheap. Highly recommend this as a watch

Stop watch unit works great. (mine seems to be about 3 seconds behind zero mark at the start but its fine with me as it really works good for me that way) would definitely purchase again

I like that the wristwatch band - full leather - is nice and aspects like it will be strong for years to come. The watch itself has a nice weighty weight to it and the stainless case and bezel seem to be very nicely finished

After sizing it with the tool they give you in the box I’ve worn it almost each day. All works great and it’s been a month and a half

The class of this watch was quite surprising. For the price it looks and feels way more luxurious. The wrapping alone makes it, when you receive it, seem like I'm way more luxurious watch.

So, as many others on here, we too have been conned and as yet no refund, despite asking several times for their complaints procedure and email address, still nothing ..... I have just passed it over to Financial Ombudsman, I suggest anyone with the same issue to do the same, First Choice Conveyancing will NOT deal with it, they have your money and intend to keep it !!

Since last review I had an email from Director Connor basically saying he stands by his T&C’s and that he will fight my claim back charge and that ensure I pay costs . I have no further response since my email where I said if I got refund I would not proceed as of today 12th Jan so I am now going to start credit card chargeback proceedings and also a FOI request as I believe it will prove nothing has indeed been carried out on my behalf

Stay well clear of the shambles of a company

I thought that this was my actual conveyancing company but after taking £230 from me the very next day I had been passed onto another company. I was told that this amount would be taken off my final bill. It wasn't. Telephone calls and emails are ignored for both companies. Be very careful with First Choice or better still, avoid

I enquired with FSC back in April, I was unaware of the fact I would be passed onto another company, but regardless FSC was helpful in answering my questions and PCS Legal who handled my case were also decent.

However the issue came when it was completion day and I was to transfer funds to my solicitor, as the price was about £200 higher than the initial amount quoted by FSC.

I rang FSC and also sent emails on two occasions and which were forwarded to the director. It has been over a month, still awaiting a response.

Other than this issue, they have been helpful and I hope I will receive a response soon so I can change this rating accordingly
