Good communication. Was there early and so nice.

The bus driver was on time and was wonderful. Somehow he didn't receive or read the instructions correctly, as he called asking why nobody was there at 6 am when it was a 6 pm pick-up. As well, he asked how long he should wait until the return trip, and it was a one-way drive. Otherwise, everything went perfectly!

Overall was great had some communication issues with transpiration locations but workout in the end.

From beginning to end, working with First Student was great.

Last summer we had a wonderful experience with First Charter as we called them last minute to pick up our students when another bus company fell through. They immediately had drivers ready to go. We then decided to use them again for our youth group winter camp. We were disappointed as both buses did not have storage for their luggage, when previous buses did. The day we were meant to returned, the pass was chains required and the bus did not have chains on the bus. The driver attempted to put the “snow socks” on the bus for over 2 hours; resulting in 4 hour delay.

We had a wonderful birthday for our 8 year old son who is disabled. He loves buses and we spent an hour taking short rides with his friends on a bus that accommodated his wheelchair. First Charter was great to work with tho plan this special birthday for him!

Drivers were flexible and responsive and made sure all of our participants got to the race

We had a fabulous experience with our bus rental. They were prompt, they communicated very well and whenever we need it tomorrow gets up or dropped off, they were on time. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Our bus did not show up to shuttle our guests to our wedding and did not call to let my coordinators know they would be late, leaving guests to shuttle themselves. While customer service was kind, I was continually promised I would be contacted back but did not receive a call back to resolve my issue. After a week and a half of calling them they finally agreed to give a 30% refund even though half the services were not rendered. I would not use this service again.

Great company, would recommend to anyone looking for a bus for corporate or school event. The driver was great and we had to have her follow instructions of driving by the farmer who's farm we were visiting and she was nice and patient. Overall great experience.

It's extremely frustrating when drivers call upon arrival at the pickup location and each driver has to call to get detailed instructions on transportation when this has been emailed and detailed out to First Student on multiple times. In addition they do not understand any of the needs for the rest of the evening they are assigned for.

I always discourage my clients using First Student because of this and hope for future that this changes. As a planner I do not see the values, besides cheap, for using First student.
