Tried ringing but number on website doesn't work. Emailed several email addresses, eventually got a reply which simply said 'will send refund today' which i haven't received.

Very disappointing experience with this company. They sent me the wrong size blinds, after I applied measurements following the instructions on their website. When I contacted them to arrange a refund / return, they simply stopped replying to my emails. Incredibly unprofessional, rude and irresponsible. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
