Our teacher Aleesha put us all at ease as soon as the class started. She explained how the day would run, advised us of lunch options and helped us to understand what was required of a first aider.

Our First Aider, Tony was very informative, he answered all the questions we asked him. I learned a few new things I hadn't heard about before.
I loved the badge and key ring, we can put the badge on our work bags so parents of our service users will know we're up to date with our first aid training.
The key ring was great as well, we can scan the QR code and get first aid content when we need it
