I was skeptical about the legitimacy of the company because initially the tracking results showed they could not locate my order number. The company emailed me immediately and assured me that my order was on its way and explained the slight delay i may experience. I received the products I ordered and they are everything I anticipated ! LOVE THESE!

Fabulous products and amazing customer service
I have nothing but positive reviews for Firm Abs. I’ve loved the products for many years now and whenever I’ve had an issue their customer service has more than gone out of their way to fix things. It appears they recently changed their shipping companies and when one of my packages (for more than $400 worth of stuff) did not arrive within the time I was used to receiving my orders (and even longer than their stipulated timelines) they promptly dispatched the order again and I received it thereafter. I needed to make an exchange and they quickly sent the new item - no questions asked. I definitely recommend Firm Abs - their combination of style, quality of products and customer service is unmatched in my view.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Ordered a size S legging which was too small. Within minutes customer service replied that they had sent size M and that there was no need to sent the wrong size legging back. I.e. I got to keep it and give to a friend. Will definitely order again.
