Fantastic initial installation and superior aftercare.
Darren and Helen are simply outstanding. We had our stove fitted a few years ago and at the time fantastic service and brilliant installation, nothing was too much trouble. A few years on and we needed a little help with our stove, a problem we created! However they couldnt have been more helpful. Darren visited and sorted with amazing after care within a few days. Now this is proper customer care, you don't find it very often so when you do it needs to be celebrated and appreciated. Long may your business prosper as you really go the extra mile, thank you!

We used Ignite+ Stoves Ltd and we cannot recommend them enough. Their attention to details, tailored made recommendation to your needs meant we went on a journey to find the perfect stove and not just settling for any kind of stove. Helen and Darren are clearly passionate about their jobs, about the products and making sure everything is perfect. It is not a case of just installing a Stove, but also to make sure we have all the tools we need to know how to use it, always available for questions and advice, Ignite+ Stoves Ltd will make themselves available also for any follow ups and help we need with the stove. If this isn't great customer service !

Amazing service from start to finish. Darren and his wife were so efficient getting us booked in for a survey and letting us come to the showroom with no pressure. They made us feel at ease. The installation was quick and Wayne was so friendly, efficient and clean, and even helped us with some other issues. Really good price too. We can’t thank you all enough for how easy it all was, and also how great the log burner looks. Thanks for all being so professional and kind. Don’t look anywhere else for your log burner - Ignite are great (we already have one of their burners installed by a previous owner which is great and they even helped us with understanding it all for no cost!). We recently had our Hunter 8 stove installed by Ignite, and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.

Darren initially came out free of charge to discuss the fire with us, but he didn’t just focus on the fireplace itself. We are currently undergoing a full home renovation, removing walls, adding new rooms, and completely changing the layout, and Darren took the time to discuss the entire project to ensure the stove we chose would suit not only the house now, but also once all the renovations are completed.

I had a vision in my head for how I wanted the fireplace to look, and Darren absolutely nailed it. In fact, I simply gave him an idea of the style I wanted, and he went away and personally chose the stone for us because he could completely see the vision I had in mind. The finished result is honestly perfect.

On the day of installation, unfortunately one of the team members was off work. Rather than delaying the job, Darren came out himself to assist Wayne with the installation, which really shows their commitment to customer service. The two of them were brilliant, professional, hardworking, and genuinely great company. They explained every step of the process, covered all of our furniture and floors, and carried out the work to an incredibly high standard. Even though our floors are due to be ripped up anyway, they still treated our home with total care and respect.

What really stood out was the aftercare. Darren even offered to come back a few days later to show us how to properly light and use the stove, as this wood burning stove works differently from others we’ve had before. The care, attention, and overall service from Darren and the whole team has been exceptional from start to finish.

They even offered to organise a plasterer afterwards (although we already had one arranged alongside some other renovation work), which just shows how much thought they put into the entire process. I’m convinced that if we’d needed decorators or anything else, they would have happily helped arrange that too.

Absolutely outstanding service, craftsmanship, and customer care throughout. Thank you again to Darren, Wayne, and the whole Ignite team, we are beyond happy with the result.

Beyond pleased with our wood burner! Darren took the time to listen to what I wanted and delivered within my budget! We had the wood burner installed in November 2025 and we wouldn’t be without it now (even the husband who didn’t think it was a good idea agrees!). Mock chimney breast and wood burner installed in one day and plastered the next. The best set of workmen I’ve ever had do work in the house with such attention to detail. They took pride in their work. I would 100% recommend.

Darren and the team did an excellent job, the chimney breast and wood burner were installed in one day. Clean and efficient work. Electrics on day 2 and completed with plastering and TV installation on day 3. I’m delighted with the finished effect, it looks great, just like it’s always been there. Thank you.

Excellent service. On the day of installation everything was coordinated and organised and done in one day. We are thrilled with the new stove! The aftercare was also excellent including helpful tips and even a video of how to best light your new stove. We highly recommend Ignite!

From the moment I contacted Ignite until installation, they were attentive, friendly and professional. Communication was also excellent and when we needed to push back our installation date, they were very patient and accommodating. I really can’t fault them!

Darren and the team provide an excellent and professional service. Great advice and sound judgement combined with superb and efficient workmanship. They are also really nice people and a pleasure to have round the house.

Darren installed a wood burning stove for us in September. After using it a couple of times the door wouldn’t close when hot so I contacted Darren and the following day he and Wayne were on site and fixed the problem. The door is now fine. Darren has since been in touch to confirm that all is well. Absolutely great customer service, we can’t recommend them highly enough.

Cannot recommend Ignite enough. This was the first stove we have purchased, and Darren was able to provide us with everything we needed to make an informed decision about which stove, mantel and hearth was right for us. The initial survey was thorough and informative, and we really appreciated the 1-2-1 visit at their showroom before making our final decision. When it came to the installation, Darren and the team did a fantastic job, and kept everything clean and tidy. Quality products and a quality installation!

From start to finish, we were delighted with our experience of Ignite+. Darren’s initial visit to our home made us feel confident that what we had thought would be a daunting task, moving from a very old open fire to a new stove, would in fact be quite manageable. Lots of companies don’t do site visits, but this was very important to us. We were very impressed that Darren himself would lead the installation, so he knew exactly what needed to be done. He, Wayne and Rory were a fantastic team; they worked so hard and were such polite, friendly young men, it was a pleasure to have them in our home. The work was done to a very high standard, and the care and attention they took with regard to protecting furniture, carpets etc was very commendable - not a speck was left behind!
Darren gave us lots of advice about how to use our new stove; we never felt rushed and he was able to answer all our questions.

First class service from Ignite+ !! Helen was absolutely fantastic - she was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me choose the most appropriate stove for my room.

Darren from Ignite+ took great care to go through all our (many) queries and was understandable, careful, responsive. We decided on two stoves that Ignite+ then installed - highly professional, tidy work, beautiful stoves, good after care service ranging from how to light the stoves to how to clean them, etc. We would go back to them again and happy to recommend to others.

We had the log burner fitted in June this year and it's our first time lighting it today.
I was looking for instructions to make sure that we were doing it right and realised I hadn't written a review.
Darren and 2 of his staff fitted the log burner and they were efficient, friendly, tidy and very helpful. We couldn't have asked for better service.

Professional outfit, they know their stuff. Very informative at the outset, with regular updates throughout up to the installation. Great job installing the product, and they left everything clean and tidy.

5 stars isn’t nearly enough. Honestly the best tradesmen we’ve ever dealt with. From the initial visit and shop viewing, all the way to the end of the install, Darren and his guys were genuine, so friendly, and incredibly determined to fit the stove we were hoping for. Despite hitting quite a big snag with the flue that other installers probably would’ve abandoned, they went above and beyond to solve the problem. They did an amazing job and we can’t thank them enough. There won’t be a better company out there to buy a wood burning stove (or media wall!) from.
