Easy ordering process, great price, super fast delivery ( next day) and a question I had about the fire was answered quickly, which was appreciated. The fire appears to be a quality product, it looks & feels substantial & the flame effect ( which is all I use) looks great, it will be fab on a cold winters eve. Great find . Was looking at a fire with pebbles on line all retailing around £300 then this company popped up ! Obviously as most seeing the word seconds or outlet made me wonder but I took the chance as less than 1/2 the price and with reading the other reviews I went for it. There is a tiny mark on my fireplace that will come off with some cleaning which will not cause any problems. Delivery was amazing. Got my item within two days and was updated of delivery every step of the way. Great item will highly this company recommend to friends and family. 🤗
