Ordered replacement led strip for fireplace. Very prompt delivery and fireplace now beautifully lit up again.

I am hoping the fire is up to expectations. Travelled to Huddersfield specifically to see some fires we had seen on line. The website stated Saturday 10am opening and someone eventually showed up 15 mins later. The fires we had wanted to view were not in the showroom and we ended up with a more expensive one. The guy in the showroom said we would get a call on Monday with a potential delivery date. It’s now Thursday and still no call. Not a good impression of this company so far.

Easy to order and dispatched quickly but Evri took a good few days to deliver.

Product was ok, no problems and easy to fit and connect. Very disappointed with the delivery time but probably due to the courier being evri.

All correspondence with this company has been positive. I was delighted to find a replacement led strip and although out of stock company took my details via their site, contacted me as soon as back in stock and item was dispatched same day I confirmed my order. Very happy with product.

Adams helios heating element had broken. Be aware manufacturer uses solder joints so clips need fitting to connect to after market part. Delivered well packaged and arrived quickly.

This is a beautiful fire place. Everyone has commented on inly. And has made the perfect finishing touch to my new lounge. Was informed when to expect the delivery. Came on time and packaged well so removing it was made easy and not difficult to put together

Replacement part for our fireplace arrived quickly and was well packaged.

Happy with the item - worth the price ; looks great in my fireplace and good value. Door handle was an issue as I initially couldn’t open it - I looked online to find some instructions ( as none included) and I managed to get it open - I had to use a screwdriver to fix the issue so now the door opens and closes but it did chip some of the paint around the internal door catch ( this is not visable from outside when the door is closed) but obviously it was a bit of an issue.
Although the packaging was poor - each corner was damaged- obviously by carrier. They had added in polystyrene to help protect the item ( corners and glass ) and it had ‘ handle with care’ tape on. The box was torn and flimsy.

I was disappointed with delivery as I took the day off as it stated to be delivered by the end of the day. Then at 530 ( after staying in all day and arranging for my kids to be collected from school ) I had an email saying redirected delivery for the next day !
I emailed and was told they are a 3rd person courier so nowt can be done by The fireplace company.
Poor delivery service - whole day slot.
