I have been looking for an electric fireplace to add to my motorhome. I looked a several and even purchased one prior to this one. This one is far superior in both construction, and function.

This product is exactly what it claimed to be, realistic looking along with giving off a nice amount of heat. The shipping was fast and well packaged. Installation was easy with good instructions. The price was also lower than other sellers. Would definitely recommend this company.

Ordering my new grill was easy, and I utilized a discount code to get a few bucks off. Please note that it did take over 1 week for my grill to ship. Shipping is done through a 3rd party, and the shipment was made with a semi trailer shipment.

I made my order online 01/09/2023 online, and didn’t receive my order 02/01/2023. This was a little longer than I would have liked, or was made aware of.

Please note that every time I contacted customer service they were responsive, fast with a reply, and always had an answer for me.

The shipment arrived in good shape, it contained all of the items I ordered, and the package was not damaged.

I have 4 out of 5 stars related to the slower than expected shipping. Even with all that information, I would definitely order through this company again.

My Napoleon grill, works great, and I am excited for many years cooking on it, and trying out the sear station on the side.

I ordered two tempered glass inserts for my gas fireplaces, which were previously covered only by a metal mesh insert. The addition of the glass inserts has stopped the cold air draft from the fireplaces in my home. The price, service and delivery from Fire Pits USA were excellent!

Fire Pits USA was very easy to work with. I had a unique payment situation and they patiently worked with me on it. My order was shipped very quickly and I received it much faster than I anticipated. The price of the Solo Stove - Yukon Heat Deflector was also better than all other competitors. This is a great addition when wanting a fire on a cold winter evening.

Fire Pits sold inserts that apparently they didn't have. I placed the order and within several days I was told I would receive delivery information. Then after several more emails from me to Fire Pits, I was told it was on backorder. Then another few days the order was cancelled by them. There was very bad communication through this sale, with much of it initiated by me to understand where this large expensive insert was in the process.

The Solo stove deflector was a useful accessory and arrived from Fire Pits USA quickly.
Even though the Solo Yukon has a large diameter and allows the heat to radiate outwards, this deflector directed a noticeable amount of heat further outwards and down towards our feet.
Very glad to find this item on your site.

Customer service was great, reaching out via phone while I was completing my online purchase. Though I’m usually not a fan of unrequested calls, I was having a difficult time trying to find information on the extended warranty. She didn’t have the answers to my questions right away but was eventually able to tell me what was covered, and the terms. I completed my purchase following the call. They shipped the item quickly, and the delay in delivery was at no fault of theirs. Now I have not installed the fireplace yet, but it is gorgeous- I have plugged it in and tested out all the different options- colors, brightness, heating - the quality is amazing- the unit is heavy, glass is thick, log and crystals all included, remote is easy to use. Can’t wait to have this beauty installed. Highly recommend.
