Everything went well, from the order process to being delivered to our driveway. I was kept informed of the entire shipping process, and it was flawless when I opened the container. We got the grill we wanted, at a great price, and treated the way you would hope to be. Highly recommeneded!

Thank you Jessica at Fire Pits USA for helping me get my BBQ for my husband in time for Fathers Day. I had a great experience with this company, and I would use them again in a heart beat. My BBQ shipped when they said it would ship, but even better than that is how they shipped my BBQ it was securely strapped to the pallet. Wrapped multiple time and arrived without a scratch on it. Unlike the first one I ordered from Lowes which arrived destroyed and broken in half...literally

Ordered an item April 22, it is now June 16th and the item still has not shipped nor was there any communication that the item was not in stock when it was ordered or when the item would be back in stock.

As advertised, Fire Pits USA both price matched a lower price and applied a further discount for signing up for future offers. Communication was quick and good and shipping was fast. Very satisfied.

I received my Napoleon Prestige 500 yesterday and it appears all items I ordered are correct. The only thing preventing me from giving a 5 star rating has to do with the shipment tracking. The last check told me it had been delivered, however it only arrived the next day!

We purchased a new grill (Mother's Day gift for me) and one of the accessories was a 14" pizza tray, specifically made for the grill. We looked at many different sites and Fire Pits USA was the only one to have it stocked, best overall pricing, and their customer service was expectional. The shipping process was smooth and right on time. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Fire Pits USA.

I received my fire pit burner as described. I was disappointed with how the item was packaged as there was no bubble wrap or anything around the burner during shipping. It appears it made it though in one piece. Otherwise, good experience.

Product came as ordered. Easy process, and arrived early.

Customer service was quick to let me know there would be a lead time on my order, giving me an option to cancel if it didn't work for me.

The overall experience was sub par. Delivery took much longer than expected. I received shipping notifications that were incorrect. One day it was “out for delivery,” and I waited all day for nothing. Almost a week later, I received the same notification…at 10:00 a.m. around 7:00 pm I decided to shower and it arrived while I was in the shower. It weighs 261 pounds and I really wanted it placed more specifically, but did not have the opportunity.

I complained a couple of times to Fire Pits and only received emails stating the tracking info. Never received a phone call or apology.

Still waiting on product ? called and gal in office couldn't check on product to see when delivery would be.

Really great quality fire pit. Construction is very well done. Used it for the first time last night. The steal structure gets quite hot but allows for more heat to radiate uniformly.

The grill arrived on time, zero damage that I can tell.
The only problem I had was that once I made payment, I should have received an EMail receipt. I didn’t get any confirmation of the sale. If not for this, I would have given five stars. You are still my go to online BBQ Grill store. I have since made two additional purchases. Thanks for everything.

Product was in stock and received within a week. Company I usually purchase accessories from is constantly out of items I need or takes months to receive.
