I have however since found the item was delivered the very next day & fault was with the property management company for failing to advise me that they had my product. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We apologise that the delivery lead time of your order was longer than you were anticipating.
We have looked further into this case and for this particular item on our website it does clearly state the lead time is 8 - 10 weeks from date of order which is standard for items such as the Drum rack as they are made to order products. An acknowledgement was also emailed to yourselves on the 9th September showing a due date of Mid November.
For any future orders if you are not sure on the lead time of a certain product at the time of ordering please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to advise,

Good site with reasonably priced products and quick delivery. Customer service was good and only reason not given 5 stars was a small issue with delivery but as soon they realised they rung me up to explain the problem.
