Mysteriously bad at their job and/or fraudsters
Update: FDS have now got in touch, after two weeks of silence and honestly dozens of approaches from me, to say that they can't actually provide me a bed until the middle of next year. It will have been eight months without a bed by the time they deliver one. However, they helpfully sent me a link to beds they can deliver, most of which were for babies or children or simply bed slats. I honestly don't know if this company is fraudulent or incompetent or both, but something in the milk aint right. Avoid at all costs, or you'll be sucked into an endless vortex of nonsense emails that take weeks to arrive and tell you nothing. When I look through other trustpilot reviews most are for non-delivery of items, more than can be coincidental. So I suppose this is part of their business model now. Sad that this company has stooped so low.
Further update: I have now bought a bed elsewhere and am trying to get the moneys I've lost back from FDS. They have not replied to any emails. They still have my money.

One month after I purchased on their website (goods available the day after on the website) I didn't receive nothing at all. I wrote the customer care but I didn't hear back nobody. The website looks good and makes you want to buy but there is no way to contact them if something go wrong or if you have an issue with the shipment. Like many other review, this experience is really bad! Don't fall for it and avoid buying from this website

Strongly recommend not to order anything here !!Very bad service, I ordered China which was supposed to be delivered on a certain date. When checking with the shipping provider, it was not even delivered to the transport company on that date . No one available on the customer service hotline when I called several times during normal working hours . I sent an email and received an automated email that it will take 3 to 5 business days before they will respond . Will cancel the transaction and hope to get my money back. Looks a bit like scam

Avoid at all costs. Item arrived not the colour on the website was meant to be grey but is cream. Would not sort out an exchange for another colour. Do not not shop here it’s the worst service you will receive

Delivery not received, and making no progress at UPS secure facility. They seem to have a poor system for clearing US Customs.
I cannot find any way to actually contact them. My shipment is stuck in Kentucky at UPS, "...in a secure facility pending clearance and resolution."
They indicated they contacted the vendor, but that was weeks ago. I feel like I have been scammed.
How do I chat with them? Call them? Email them.
Very disappointed--and out $1200.00 with nothing to show for it.

I contacted customer services as my lamp broke after a few years. They gladly contacted the lamp’s brand with my problem who offered a solution very quickly.Highly happy with the solution and the way customer service dealt with my problem.A very happy customer!😊
The item was broken
The item was broken, i complained, never heard back, had to send many emails to get the return label. The one you get from register on the site did not work. Very bad and difficult shopping experience.
Received defective products with no offer of refund!
I ordered a vase and immediately when it arrived I noticed the product is defective and can’t be constructed.
I emailed customer service but a week later they are no closer to issuing any kind of refund or replacement! I have no faith that they will ever resolve the issue and I expect I will eventually need to go through a chargeback process with my credit card.

Customer service is incompetent
In contact with customer service for months now trying to arrange a return, because the delivered dining table is damaged. You agree on something after weeks of back and forth, only to start all over again, because everything you agreed upon has been either forgotten or ignored. I don't know if this is incompetence or a deliberate attempt drag this out so you give up and accept their "discount" on a damaged product. This would not be okay with more inexpensive furniture. But to take thousands of euros and then be met with this behavior is an unacceptable imposition on any customer.
DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE.

I placed an order and received confirmation. I was sent an email about vendor delay but was not given a new timeframe. I have tried multiple time and multiple ways to contact customer service to no avail. Only a recording on the phone line, email generates an automated response saying it will take 8 business days for a response, and the virtual online chat has become comical with no help other than asking me to contact customer service. Extremely disappointed in service. I am left with no idea of a shipping date and no way to cancel order. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!
Delivered a dining table with stains on…
Delivered a dining table with stains on it and won‘t provide an exchange, just refund. No assistance in the return process. E-Mails are not properly read, you repeat yourself several times, asking for assistance no-one is willing to give. I genuinely don‘t know what the customer service‘s job is other than to answer in bot-like fashion. Has anyone ever received proper help? A solution-oriented answer?It is baffling to be met with this utter lack of care.
Delivery issues
I reluctantly write negative reviews but I have had the worst experience with Finnish Design Shop and would like the company to be aware of the poor service I encountered.
After confirming the shipping address when I submitted the order they then proceeded to ship another address.
I contacted customer support 2 times and their delivery courier partner continued to attempt deliver 4 times to the wrong address. The communication was horrible. In the end they delivered this heavy freight coffee table to the wrong address and this was huge inconvenience as I had to pay for another local courier to bring it to my apartment.
In addition, It also seems that the package only included the glass top and was missing the table body. Again, i have tried to contact customer service but noone is available.

Useless costumers service. 24/7 chat my ass nobody comes to help you. Nobody mails you back. I was charged but didn’t get a confirmation mail and the order isn’t in my account. I just want my money back.

Avoid avoid avoid at all costs! I spend so much money for item that I can’t use because they didn’t ship one piece. I emailed them multiple times and they promised to ship it to me but I never received anything! They just got my money and that’s it! Stay away, it is a scam! Never ever I will buy anything from this company, lesson learnt.

Excellent place for quality home products and furniture
I got a small office chair that that fits in my studio apartment that I could not find on any other site or local shop and delivery was free.
Terrible experience.
Terrible experience. I received an item I purchased, a Tom Dixon Melt Pendant. I saw a bubble-like marking that looks a like a defect or could be a production mark, about 15mm in diameter at the bottom of the blow moulded polycarbinate shell. I wrote an enquiry claim but did not receive any reply for 3 weeks now. Radio silence...
Learned my lesson. Never buy from Finish. Support your local retail. The extra cost to the local distributor or your local store worth your time and money.

I received a damaged and used product
I received a damaged and used product, with heavy and thick screws drilled into a marble plate.
There was no answer on how that could have been shipped, but they offered a 20% discount on the deliverd product, or a shopping credit, or to ship it back (70kg and shipped in a wooden pallet with a lot of screws screwed into the pallet).
I choose for the 20% discount, which is not living up to the value of a damaged product (I will never be able to sell it because it was too heavily damaged).
After I confirmed the refund, there was no response anymore from the company. So I had to call them and add multiple other direct email addresses of the people of the company in the email chain, until I received an answer 9 days later!
Very dissapointed by their way of dealing with this and for shipping a damaged and used marble table without any explanation why or how that could have happend.
Do no expect to receive things the right way and receive the right customer support.
Terrible customer services
Terrible customer services, they give you radio silence & despite multiple chases around a partial refund my emails and messages go ignored.
A shame to rate them so low as they have some great products at good prices, but severely let down by customer services - one to avoid!
