Easy way to shop on line with guarantee of getting goods
Hi I just ordered online. Got a price and invoice and paid with credit card. It gave me arrival date 3 weeks away. Pendant lights arrived is well protected boxes, beautifully packed. No damage, delivery excellent. Inside reinforced packing with white gloves to handle lights. So Professional, I did not have to follow up as it worked like clock work. My pendants lights are like a work of art. I love them and my husband loves them also. He did not know i was getting them, but having them hanging over the dining table he thinks they are fab. well done guys very happy. Thank you JOC
Unresponsive Customer Service
I ordered a NORM69 lamp, XL. Wonderful product.
When it arrived and we started to assemble it, we noticed that the lamp was faulty - the incorrect parts had been supplied. This is obviously not the fault of the Finnish Design Shop, but of the manufacturer.
I immediately contacted customer service of the Finnish Design Shop, and received an acknowledgement that my request had been received.
The product is useless without the correct parts. I would expect Finnish Design Shop to propose action to resolve the problem, but so far only silence.
To the Design Shop - please answer my request and propose a remedy.

Would not recommend shopping with Finnish design. Ordered something and was not notified that there would be exorbitant duty charges to receive the package. Have tried and tried to return the package / return to sender. Sent several Emails notifying them of the charges I was expected to pay and requesting a return. Took ages to get a response and now I’m getting emails asking to review. My package has been sent back 2 weeks ago. Want a full refund. Thank you.
Disgraceful customer service
I don't think I will ever order from FDS again. It has been over a month and I still haven't received my items. Not only that, but I have been given no information on when I might receive it. They can't even say where in the world it is! I understand that DHL went on strike but I had to figure that out myself - FDS did not contact me to warn me of potential delays. Also, I have not been offered any compensation for the wait, not even a discount code for a future purchase. I was so happy to have found a soda machine at such a good price, but now I have spent so much on bottled soda that I may as well have bought a more expensive one from a more reliable retailer.

I placed two orders and none of them arrived. The sell stuff they don't actually have. Just a waste of time

Im still waiting for my order despite ordering over 3 weeks ago. Appalling customer service from someone called Olli who basically just sends back the same useless email ignoring what i've asked. Ive repeatedly asked them to short ship my order because it was for a gift which is now way past that persons birthday and thats not even been done. I also requested my £6.50 shipping to be refunded because they have not even dispatched the product let alone kept me updated with any delays and i'm still waiting to see this refunded. Awful first experience and would not recommend if you are in any sort of hurry to recieve the goods.
One purchase, never again
To begin with, most of the products they sell are not Finnish but Italian. Never mind that detail. Ordered chairs early November and paid extra for express delivery to have them before Christmas - we had guests over and had to eat on the sofa because of the delay. They were delivered mid-February. Had to contact them a few times to know what was going on. When I was contacting them, the express delivery fee was then less expensive and they didn't want to credit the difference even though it was already late. Early January there was a big sale and the whole order + the express delivery would have been £150 less and again, they would not refund the difference "as this would affect the taxes and duties on the order". And not even a rebate on a future purchase for that amount. The products they sell are available elsewhere and you'll definitely get a much better customer service.

Great experience
I originally received the wrong order from Finnish Design Shop but then once I reached out to them they were very quick to rectify this and sent the correct item with no hassles. I would shop here again.
Delayed delivery
I ordered a table on 25 Nov. It was due to arrive 23 Dec. Apparently it is "in transit"with DHL .As of today I have not received it..... 2 months later. I have contacted them today to ask for refund . Very poor service. No apology from customer service agent when I stated how disappointing this is.

Bad customer experience.
Bad customer experience.
First, I had to wait much longer than expected for my lamps to be delivered. Then, I asked for an invoice for my company and the first response was that an invoice could not be sent before the shipping was fulfilled (first time I hear that). And finally, when the shipping was fulfilled I asked again for the invoice and then I got to hear that the invoice for a company is not possible because the purchase was made on a private account.
ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I registered an account just to leave this review, there is 0 customer service at this company. Period. I ordered some plates shipping to the U.S, not only they arrived late, two dinner plates were shattered and I have the entire video of me unboxing as proof. I have tried to reach out to their customer service but I only spoke with an AI so far. I've filed a claim online AND emailed them, providing all images and videos. No response. Check our their IG page's comment and you will see SO MANY people are having major hard time finding a real person from this company to talk to. I'm filing a claim through Paypal now. If you insist on shopping here because they have stuff that you can't find in the U.S. good luck on your order...if anything goes wrong you can't find anyone to talk to.

If I could give zero stars that would be the true rating. Really sorry I hadn’t read their reviews before placing an order in the first week of Dec that supposedly would arrive 24 Dec. The DHL tracking number only states electronic ticket has been filed. They insist the package was picked up on 17 Dec so I contacted DHL and was told they do not have the package. To this day, no package.

Very unsatisfying experience
Very unsatisfying experience. Order has not been shipped in time for Christmas as communicated. No response from customer service at all. Expect that my money is lost. Would never order from this shop again.
No response from their side
We ordered chairs at the beginning of November. We were supposed to get them on 20th of December. They informed us that is is delayed and they don't know when they will send it. No contact from their side. I've sent email. No response. We will spend Christmas on the floor....

Inexistent customer service. Horrible buying experience. Will avoid them from now on.
They never respect their dispatch schedule even though items are said in stock. Their courriers, in my case UPS, always run late. The schedules announced at buying are blatant lies. I was supposed to be delivered on Dec. 12th. As soon as I purchase the item, they change the delivery date to Dec. 16th. Then, it becomes Dec. 17th because UPS picks up the item late. And then it becomes the 18th because UPS messes up. I sent an email about the delivery schedules and while they promise an answer in 2-3 days, I have never got a reply. And now my item is stuck at customs because someone at Finnish Design was bright enough to get a wrong recipient name for my delivery. Yes, they were good enough to get my name wrong when dispatching the item so now my delivery is stuck and no one can help since they are never available. Their customer agent are impossible to reach, even during their operating time. Instead, their lame bot messaging chat keeps on repeating the same questions on and on until you get crazy but will never either provide relevant info nor transfer you to an agent.
