Great customer service! I knew where my part was at all times. Upon delivery I found out the part wasn't compatible with my car after all. They initiated the refund and I was told to keep the old part so no hassle with a return

The part was truly available. Other sites bill for the part, actually didn't have it in stock. Then I have to wait for a refund, along with trying to find a replacement part.
The part was correct, and arrived earlier than expected.

Sent the order without required components, and then when I placed second order with remaining components they switched from second day air to ground shipping!
