Ordered a front exhaust manifold with integrated cat for a customer's 2014 Subaru Forester. They said one in stock. 4 days later the package arrives and it's the mid-pipe with the rear converter. Wrong part, wrong part number, doesn't even look close to what was listed. I call to see if they actually have the right part in stock as advertised and they say "no". Then tell me I've got to wait up to 5 business days to get a return shipping label, then wait until their wrong part gets received by them before I'll get refunded. And all they can say is "we're sorry". Meanwhile I'm trying to explain to my customer about the delay in getting their car repaired. It was the first and last time I'll ever order anything from these guys!

My first order was bungled up, I was too have the part overnighted to me and the part was not put out for pick-up by UPS. I called Find it parts and the order was placed again. This on a Friday ,I was to get the part on the next Monday. Some how, I ended up with TWO (2) parts on the same day.
