Dårlig kundeservice

Jeg ringer dag 1 og taler med en dame om at rette min nye mail adr til i deres system. Aftaler at jeg ringer næste dag , dag 2 , der er en ung dreng der gerne vil overtage sagen , indtil det bliver for indviklet. Han spørger om jannie kan ringe og det kan hun, indtil jeg spørger om en tids horisont , så bliver ung dreng meget spids og fortæller det kan han ikke sige noget om . Fortæller at jeg jo skal noget , så bare ca tid men nej.

Sindsygt at skulle bruge 2 dage på at då rettet en mail og stadig ikke kommet til hvorfor jeg egentlig ringede dag 1. Meget fin kundeservice
