This company is a huge scam, I tried to cancel my subscribtion but I had no response and they have been taking payments out of my account, sometime 2 payments at the same time.

I wouldnt give them any stars but you cant leave a review until you do. they are almost impossible to contact.
I cancelled this program approximately 4 or 5 weeks ago. My name is Anthony De Roche. I unsubscribed from the site and application, to be faced with a $94.51 charge . There seems to be other reviews suggesting that this company persists in fraudulent billing practices and procedure and as most of us are aware money charged to our accounts over the internet are almost impossible to retrieve or be refunded. My suggestion is to use any other pay process than your personal accounts.
In fact the program itself is not really worth falling for the free trial
Very terrible experience, they continue to take money from my account and would not respond to any of my emails. You can't unsubscribe as the customer service who have to do it will never get back to you.
I can now confirm a full refund had been received. The customer service was polite and expedient in their actions once I had explained the detail of my experience to them.
I would not give this Scam Company any stars!!!!

They will continue to make repeated transactions trying to take money from your account. After cancellation my free trial they used an invalid email address to keep taking money from my account. And very unhelpful when you contact them for an explanation or refund.
They are definitely not focused on customer satisfaction. Please avoid them!!!
