Please avoid fungies.io, they will hold your funds !!! No clarification from their support! And they ask KYC again and again! With taken a photo with different image!!!!!!!!!!

I reported already to stripe, you guys should do!

They are spamers, they will take your money

Scammers, they ban you for no reason and then do not issue payouts, they stole over $4000 from ME and let alone my costumers. Support doesn't reply at all and they ghost you. Avoid this site st all costs.

Seriously, avoid Fungies.io. They've held our PayPal funds for over two months now, and it's impossible for us to get any answers.

We've tried reaching them everywhere by email, chat, Discord and it's just total silence. They even kicked users out of their Discord and made it so new people can't join, cutting off every way to talk to them.

This isn't just our isolated issue, other users are dealing with the exact same problem: no payments and zero communication. It's completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

We demand a solution to these withheld funds immediately. Given the prolonged silence and lack of payment, we are actively seeking legal action to recover what is rightfully ours.

after approving my account and i started getting sales they just changed payments statues from charged into refunded!

That's not the problem [ as they appear they was just stealing customers credit card numbers ] they never refunded the payments to my customers!

So lost i lost my customers and my customers lost money!

and of curse there is no real support and they never answer your messages.

They refused to delete my account after asking them several times. I was deceived into connecting to a stripe account which I didn't want to use in order to sell digital downloads. I was not able to fix the product page in my store, because they have absolutely NO customer support. After trying unsuccessfully for hours to get them to help me fix my product page, I got no response. I even asked them if I needed to be a developer to built out the store. Again, no response. I tried to close my account. I could not find a way to delete my account anywhere on the website or within my account. I looked everywhere. I emailed them a few times asking them to close out my account. The owner, Duke Vu, cursed at me after I accused him of being unprofessional and possibly a fraud. I had to get the Attorney General in my state involved and cancel my credit card through my bank. I also can't delete my Stripe account even though I contacted Stripe to delete it. They said because it was an "express" account connected to fungies.io, I couldn't delete it without going through fungies.io. These two companies are complete scam artists. Stripe insisted I give a photo of my full driver's license ID -both front and back to verify that it was me. Even after doing that, they still wouldn't allow me to delete my account. I, now, have to report them for identity theft, report to all three credit bureaus, local law enforcement, the FTC and the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles to flag my driver's license if they don't delete my info within 24 hours. I sent them a formal email to delete my information. Total fraudsters. BEWARE!!!!

Contacted through email. A human answered quite quickly, providing me with further details and informing me of my options through the chatbot. After I contacted the chatbot, my underlying problem was fixed in a matter of seconds.
