Overpriced but I like it

Very easy ordering and quick dispatch. Though trying to contact a human about sizing is not made easy.in all other brands I am a Large, I have the medium cruiser wool jacket which is perfect, I feel the Mile Marker wax coat is only just ok in medium and would have like to have tried a large but difficult shopping online with no access to retail shops. The quality of Filson is second to none.

As always efficiency and quality.
I confess that I always have doubts about whether I will get the size right.

Their clothes are great! Their customer service is so bad! Ordered a shirt 4 days ago and still not dispatched. Tried speaking to someone via email and via chat no answer! Have really put me off using them and will go through third party vendors going forward.

My experience is greater because your clothes are really awesome, great quality, great fit, you have just to be careful what close you get to check your fit, but most of the time they fit your real size or one size smaller.
I totally suggest Filson!

Quality of the product and delivery service

I have purchased different Filson products lately. A basecap, two hoodies, a pair of shorts. And I returned another pair of Shorts and a shirt. Sizes usually run large due to this being truly American. All products are of very good quality but still seem to be overpriced compared to similar good quality stuff. In a sale this may be perfect at regular price you have to like the stuff - and there is good reason to do so. Delivery is really at the speed of light. Returns are more complicated. There is no return ticket in the package -you need to contact Filson Europe and ask for one and wait- and the returns cost around 10€ per Package. It would be very easy for Filson to get to European Standards here. 4/5 * because the price and the return process prevent it from being perfect.

I purchased a Western vest, but the size was too small. I reached out to customer service, and they responded very quickly, guiding me through the return process. Truly professional and efficient!

The products are of very good quality and I Chose to keep three of the 5 ítems I ordered. In teo shipments. They are way too expensive though. While the delivery to my Place was splendid Filson still has not reacted after one week on my request for two Return Tags. I guess you want to keep my Money a bit longer. Totally inaceptable. Charging 15€ per Return also is a Big mistake. Breakfown: Delivery 5 *, Quality 5*, Price 2*. Return 1*. 13/4 =3*
