Great company for diamond art paintings
This company is the best place to buy all your diamond art paintings. I’ve brought many from this site and wouldn’t buy from anywhere else. It doesn’t matter if you buy a picture or a custom picture I always get spare diamonds. They always give you updates on delivery.

Great variety of styles and quick delivery
I have done 4 works with Figured art before, I like to buy from the company “ Figured’Art” because of great variety of styles and an easy process to order. Delivery is quite fast. The last work “African beauty” was a joy to paint. I was in a mood of colours explosion, as bright and cheerful as you can get. I loved the fact that on my picture the face turned out to be exactly as on the original work. So pleased with a result. Yes, some paints are thin and if the pattern is big, than you need to have 1 or 2 more layers, but this is even bigger fun as you don’t want really to finish the work. The process is so enjoyable. You should stop being shy and dive into your creativity with vigour and joy!

Personal Photo image
After submitting a photo of the painting I wanted, the actual version received was way too dark and did not include the colour vibrancy of the original. After raising this I dealt with Kaye in customer service. She was incredibly helpful, arranged for a new version to be produced which was much better. There was no quibbling or concern about returns, just great professional help. Really pleased!

The design was colorful, intricate and beautiful. All supplies were included, with plenty of diamonds. Symbols were easy to read. I prefer this company over all other diamond art companies.

I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. My experience with Figured Art specifically with a custom paint-by-numbers painting was beyond frustrating. I came in with a concern about my order, and the manager, Karren, made the whole situation so much worse.
She promised me she would help get a replacement, so I trusted her. Instead, I spent two weeks being given the run-around, barely getting updates, and constantly feeling like I was bothering her just for asking what was going on with my own order.
When the replacement finally arrived, the quality was ten times worse than the original issue I came in for. After waiting all that time and dealing with Karren’s dismissive, unhelpful attitude, getting a product that looked even worse was the final straw.
This was hands-down one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had.
This review reflects my personal experience, but I truly hope Figured Art reevaluates how concerns like this are handled. I will not be returning.

The response took a little time but after some discussion about details the problem with getting extra paint was nearly solved. I am still waiting for the extra colors. I am not hopeful that they will match but advise ordering extra paint from the start.

Exceptional service and great quality
I placed an order incorrectly (totally my own fault) but the customer service was exemplary and we were able to get it straightened out. When I received my order within the next couple of weeks, it was exactly as ordered! I haven’t painted it yet, but the quality is wonderful and I can’t wait to see the finished product! GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have for a long time tried to find stainless steel (metal) angled tips for diamond painting. Finally I have found a supplier who is fantastic. I ordered my first order from them not knowing what to expect. It came in a timely manner especially since it was coming from China. Order was in great condition. I messaged them that I had wanted to order more of these angled tips and they answered within one day and sent the link to me. I have since ordered four more of them and anxiously await their arrival. Thank you, Figured'Art for being an outstanding company to deal with.

Outstanding customer service. When I needed to return an item I had purchase in error the process was smooth and efficient. I had email updates and a prompt response to my initial query. The matter was resolved quickly as well.
